All dishes are tasty, creative, and flavors are well balanced. Details are also habdled carefully.

The service is also up bar.

The price is very reasonable. If you can only have one Michelin star restaurant during your stay in Paris, try this one.

Very affordable lunch menu (45€) at a Michelin starred restaurant (if you don’t order the wines >w< ).
Food was fantastic, although I wouldn’t have supplemented for the fish in hindsight - the duck on the menu my partner had was superb. We were rushing for an appointment and asked the waiter to fire our deserts while we were halfway through our mains so we didn’t have to wait for them to prepare it just as we finish our mains in true French style dining. He obliged us and we managed to make our next appointment with time to spare. Overall very happy campers

We wanted to visit at least one Michelin restaurant while we were in Paris, and found this restaurant. They offer great lunch courses for fair prices. We had lunch for €45 course (weekday only), but I paid extra for fish. Service was really good, food was amazing, atmosphere was cozy and calm. My husband had red wine that had unique flavor and smell, which he enjoyed with his duck. I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Paris!

We came here for lunch and tried the formula menu. The food is decent with fixed flavors. The taste is much better than any tastes I tried in some Michelin restaurants <= 2 stars from New York. Highly recommended to anyone who come to Paris for their visit.

The chef at Auguste creates a phenomenal plate - six or eight times in the pre-planned dinner - and the wait staff deliver it with a fine touch. Black truffles were the theme of the night, and we enjoyed them with frog legs, pigeon, and so many other things. It was a night to remember.

Auguste is the best value for money one star Michelin restaurants in Paris, I believe! I loved it from start to finish. And the staff is so adorable! Merci, August, I’ll be back for sure.

Every tasting was delicious. Fast service and with so much attention to details. Each presentation was meticulous and beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Delicious tasting menu with wine pairings. Every dish was a treat. Service was gracious, friendly, and helped us out as we don't speak French much at all. Very relaxed, chill, elegant environment. Highly recommended.

Tried the discovery menu in May 2023. It included 6 dishes. The food was amazing and very delicious. Presentation was great. Service was a bit slow though. It took about 30 min for each dish. Besides that, nothing to complain. Excellent dining experience.

The food was great, the service absolutely amazing! They asked right away if I prefer English, and everyone working there spoke English perfectly. They explain every dish they serve, and there is enough food that I left feeling very well fed. I had the discovery menu.

We got the tasting menu (one with fish and one with chicken) and both were excellent. All the courses were honestly very good and the servers were attentive when we needed more bread. I’d definitely book ahead with a reservation as there’s not a lot of seating.

The restaurant atmosphere is very intimate and the building itself looks very unassuming from the outside.

Food is worthy of the Michelin star. Had 3 course lunch meal, each dish is an interesting journey on the palate.

Excellent one star Michelin. The food was superb and compares to other fine dining restaurants. Service can be improved as the dishes were not set probably on the table and each time we had a different server. There is no place to check in our coats so we had to hang them on our chairs.

A really top quality experience. The ambience is perfect, not too quiet not too loud. The seats are very comfortable. The service was very efficient and polite. We liked the two appetizers and dessert but thought the main courses could’ve been better, but still enjoyable. Overall, this is a must-visit on your trip to Paris

Knowing that the French cuisine can sometimes serve extreme tastes, we wanted to try Gael Orieux‘s 1 Michelin starred modern French ‘Auguste’ - serving a varieté of fish as well as meat dishes, amuse bouches from goat cheeses, seasonal artichoke, caviar, Gruyère fritters, smoked eel and peas, cod with lemon foam, octopus and parsley juice. The shiitake foam soup was the highlight, also the red berry sorbet was very delightful and rounded the whole menu very well.

A very nice, comfy, low cost Michelin starred restaurant. The 44e lunch menu is very good. Wine was nicely selected. Staff was friendly.

Went there for lunch. The place is spacious, small and elegant. Service was good as you expected from a Michelin restaurant. We took the fix menu that had 2 options for each dish and took one of each. The price is very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend

Awesome meal at Auguste. We took the lunch set menu for Catch of the Day and Duck option. Both turns out to be really good! The soup is very thick and flavourful. Loves the service too! Standard lunch set from EUR 39
