La Guinguette Antibes

This is a well run and professionally managed restaurant with great attention to detail and excellent service. The dishes are very fresh and creative. This is my second visit and I was very satisfied both times.

Beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Antibes! It’s romantic and has a wonderful outdoor terrace as well! The food is great and a modern take on classical south of france food. It’s a rustic chic atmosphere and has a very friendly wait staff. Seek this out if you are in Antibes, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a wonderful stop in Antibes, originally I just planned to stop for a lunch, but it ended up my touring the town for an entire afternoon! I got this restaurant from Google Maps rating, and walked all the way to find it in an alleyway. It was well worth! The only minus was there were mosquitoes and I was wearing shorts and t-shirt. The sea food was delicious, and the dessert was heart melting 👍

A hidden gem & a delightful atmosphere.
The food was beyond delicious and the service was top notch. The restaurant has a beautiful & magical outdoor seating area. I believe I can say it is our favorite restaurant in the South of France✨

Fantastic place. The interior and the terrace are beautiful, including the plates and utensils. The service was remarkably fast. Food and drinks, though a bit pricey, were nothing short of incredible. Must visit when in Antibes, will be coming back.

The most delightful lunch at La Guinguette! Food, ambience, service and the setting were just perfect for our last day in Antibes. The outside covered garden downstairs is majestically quaint. We enjoyed the Côtes de Veau (Veal Chop) with frites and it was delicious. Accompanied beautifully with a bottle of champagne! Highlight of our trip ✨

This evening we enjoyed a most delicious dinner at this gem of a restaurant. The service was kind, attentive and patient with our limited French..our delightful waiter took the time to explain each dish and paired with an appropriate wine. For starters we enjoyed the fried zucchini flowers with an accompanying pesto mousse as well as what is becomes ground chickpea fries with a saffron and truffle dipping sauces...we finished with a braised lemon salmon on a bed of zucchini and Lima beans in a lemon mousse . ..the food was well prepared and thoughtfully presented..the flavors were unique and complemented the main part of the dish..a true gem of a restaurant not to be missed!

This backyard is cosy and a perfect place for a lunch or dinner on these sunny days! It changes ownership recently and the staff is very friendly and the food was very good on the ratio quality/price! Will definitively go back. Thanks a great sunday lunch with friends and kids ;-)

I was staying a week in Antibes to get out of Cannes during the film festival so I was just exploring as I really haven't spent that much time there. I walked past this restaurant and I'm so happy that we made a reservation. It is a charming restaurant with a great patio, the service was very good and the food was delicious, "the perfect egg" was something I've never tried before, and it was so good, a bit heavy but it was a cool and dreary night, so it was perfect for the evening and my gnocchi was delicious and satisfying. My husband was skeptical about the burrata with watermelon, as he usually doesn't like sweet and savory but he was surprised at how much he liked it. I highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Incredible food, beautiful atmosphere. Friendly and funny staff. It is VERY french in every way. Desserts are insane, best Pavlova I've ever eaten. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent value set menu in pretty courtyard garden.

Lovely place, although quite hard to spot. Service was quick and friendly. The Pasta Alle Vongole was a phenomenal one-to-remember of a plate and a must-eat for the restaurant. The carpaccio/plate of the day, not that much.

Wonderful, delicious lunch after a rainy hike. Staff were friendly and helpful. Are there again a few days later enjoying the. Nicoise beef stew.

Great sea food. Mediterranean flavors trough all the dishes and excellent wine. I come from Genoa and I know how the fish should be cooked properly. The “risotto” with grilled shrimps was an experience of taste and the starters unbelievable. The location is 10/10.

Wonderfully relaxing Sunday lunch time with excellent choice of fayre. The tuna was lightly seared on a bed of eastern vegetables. The plaice was accompanied with mash and pureed vegetables. Both were deliciously fresh. The staff were welcoming and attentive even though it was incredibly busy. I would go back again as the menu has many other choices which look so tasty.
