Auberge Le Bouc Bleu

Really great restaurant - stumbled upon it when looking for ideas for restaurants in the region, and did not disappoint at all. Fine dining at a relatively affordable price in a region dominated by good but traditional restaurants. Atmosphere was nice and cozy, with great friendly service. Food was innovative, modern and really delicious with wine pairings that went really well. Top to bottom, we were very happy with this experience

We had such a great dinner experience at Auberge Le Bouc Bleu. The food compositions were original and tasted marvelous - the service was incredibly good and friendly. There are no words to praise them enough. Try them, you certainly will not be disappointed :D

We just happened to stumble upon this gem, and so glad we did! The owner and waitstaff were attentive and genuinely happy to share their knowledge of all things Alsace. The food was divine and paired perfectly with the wine chosen for our courses.

I had an expensive michelin star dinner in Paris a few days before and I find this place is so much better. The food was so good and there was also a wine pairing. They let us choose the wine we wanted, and it was great. Everything tasted good from the appetizer until the dessert, I wish to go back here again... For me, it was a very memorable french fine dining experience without the over complications of like a michelin star restaurant.

It was a great experience. We are not big fans of fishy plates, but for our surprise they were the best of the menu. An incredible experience and very very nice staff.

The food was very good. The formule was a good deal (1 plat, 1 dessert, 1 wine, 1, coffee for 27€). The service was quite good and offered in English or French. One of our group at the steak. It was cooked perfectly but not especially well seasoned. Everything else was excellent.

Lovely food and friendly service. They created a tasty vegetarian option for us too which was really good. Great wine list with plenty by the glass- highly recommended.

By chance we stayed in a B&B in Beblenheim and found this nice restaurant. Menue for reasonable price, good wine list and nice atmosphere. Reservation needed but easy through the website. When on the route de vin, enjoy an evening off the touristic paths. If you choose the menue, go with the wine pairing!

Amazingly cosy little restaurant. Only one chef with 2 guys on the floor but everything goes smooth. You can see straight away that these people love what they do and put everything into it. For me it was a great dining experience hosted by Domaine Zind Humbrecht. Top notch!

Absolutely outstanding! We were staying at a hotel near this restaurant and decided to treat ourselves to the surprise tasting menu here with wine pairings. My husband and I both agree it was probably the best meal we have ever heard. Every course was delicious as was the wine. The staff are very knowledgeable and the service was superb. I highly recommend

Fantastic food and service, they were also quite helpful with translating the menu.

So this was a tip from a local friend and i'd call it our best lunch in one week of Alsace. The dishes were creative, super tasty, beautiful. Rather simple interior - which is meant as a compliment because the accent is more on the quality of the products and the staff (just as it should be in the best case).
A small range of meals and wines, but we didn't miss a thing. With a little more time in the Alsace we would've gone there a second time for sure!

Absolutely delicious. Service was also outstanding. We did the 3 course chef's choice menu and everything was phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Fantastic in every way! Very good food and surprisingly large amounts. Very pleasant staff. Prices a bit higher than average but so so worth it. Can definitely recommend this highly!

Great place! We had a perfect dinner. The food was high end, the wine that the owner/manager offered us fitted well to the food. the atmosphere was romantic. Both the chef and the Sommelier that runs the place together was extremely nice! and very professional. Prices are more than fair.
I wish to come back! GOOD LUCK TO YOU GUYS!!!

Super food, great service, totally recommend, but you should come hungry to fully appreciate the whole set of foods and drinks.
