Basilique Pizze & Vini

TL;DR : absolutely recommend !

If you are into napoletan style pizza, there is no way to not drop by and taste their pizzas.

The classic one in our case, quattro staggione, was superbly executed, the more special one in our case, carbonara, was simply excellent, the egg was still runny and the guanciale crispy 👌

And the pizza dough is soft as a cloud, the corniccione a delight to eat 👍

Great place in this very pitoresque village, make sure you book a table before you show up without a reservation. We tried 3 different pizzas, they were all delicious, individual sizes. Go Goiana and Joinville! 🇧🇷🙂

Fantastic experience. Slightly off the main road, this pizza restaurant is located in an old half timbered house with a beautiful courtyard for outdoor seating. Great selection of wines and even some local craft beer. Pizza is amazing. Best we've had outside of Italy. The chef has really done an excellent job. Can't wait to visit again! Make sure to call ahead.

Fantastic resturant located a bit from the main road, when you arrive you go straight into a beautiful courtyard. We hadn’t booked a table but the hostess (who spoke perfect English) did her magic and got us a table quickly. We got some local wine and beer that went perfectly with the food, the pizza is probably the best I have had. A perfect dinner in spite of the bad weather. PSA: Remember to reserve a table.

What a wonderful restaurant experience! First of all, walking up to the restaurant is a magical experience on its own. The property and building is draped in charm and beauty. Set in a quaint French Alsatian village with quintessential Alsatian architecture— you walk into a fairytale.

Secondly, but importantly, the pizza is divine. We have had various pizzas from the Basilique menu and were in love with each of them. The head chef/owner has mastered a true honoring to the Neapolitan-style pizza. Our family adores pizza and this is the first restaurant in France we’ve finally found that truly exemplifies the qualities in our perfect pizza. The wines were some of the best we’ve had. Each aspect of our meal was truly exceptional.

Thirdly, however nevertheless, the service is warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We had our 6 month old baby with us and they provided us immediately with a baby seat for a dining chair which worked so perfectly to help us enjoy our meal together. We were well taken care of.

Needless to say, we will be back and highly recommend a visit!

Pizza excellente ! Une équipe souriante et notre serveur était exceptionnel ! De très bon conseil et aussi, dans le partage de l'histoire et l'origine des ingrédients. Lieu cosy, décorer de pierre et de verdure, ainsi que de mini lumière qui donne une ambiance tamisée et intime. Je conseille fortement. Nous y retournerons ! La carte change tous les mois et tout est cuisiné à base de produits frais et de saison.

Pizzas très bonnes, personnel très sympathique. Carte réduite ce qui démontre l'utilisation de produits frais. Très belle salle et pas trop bruyante. Petit bémol sur la réservation uniquement en ligne mais le patron nous a donné les raisons et nous pouvons comprendre la démarche. Nous reviendrons.

Première fois dans ce restaurant, et c’était juste, parfait !
L’endroit est très beau et propre, l’accueille et le service était vraiment parfait, et le repas était tout simplement incroyable ! De loin les meilleurs pizza dans le secteur de colmar et alentours ! n’hésitez plus si vous voulez manger une vrai pizza 🍕

Excellente pizzeria ! L'ambiance est bonne et tout le personnel très pro et c'est hyper agréable. Les pizzas sont fraîches et vraiment elles sortent du lot ! Si vous êtes de passage pensez à réserver là-bas ! Et la carte des vins vraiment il y a 2/3 merveilles 🤩

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée entre copines, les pizzas étaient délicieuses, le Tiramisu était très bon aussi , on nous a conseillé comme digestif une liqueur de prunelle sauvage à tombé par terre.
