L'Escapade Gourmande

Taken here by our hosts, had pizza, these were fresh and homemade, but unfortunately, a little burnt. Didn't complain as still good. Great service and atmosphere, busy with locals which is a great indication of a great place.

Stumbled upon this place on our last day in Riberac & sad we hadn't found it before. Lovely outdoor seating. Excellent, speedy & friendly service. Gaufre chocolat parfait!

We took our guests and their 2 year old for pizza after their long drive from the ferry port. A lovely welcome as usual, good food (the 2 year old approved!) and wine (organic wine and organic flour in the pizza base) so yet another 5 star evening at L'Escapade Gourmande.

This restaurant in the South West French town of Riberac, offers good pizza (including some unusual toppings) and also a good range of classic local dishes. It has a good value lunch menu most days which we enjoyed in the lovely courtyard
