Le Moulin de Connelles

An utterly beautiful and stately manor house that is nestled into the Seine River and woods. Incredibly tranquil and lovely location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and dinner and breakfast were fantastic.

This is my second time there. The hotel is located on a private island, with a quiet and elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, friendly and cordial service. There is nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend here.

Amazing place, host and service!
Very beautiful location and landscape. Located in the middle of a green little island, where you can walk, take a little tour in a rowing boat, go to the private swimming pool or simply read a book in the garden.
The dinner at their restaurant is super good.

Karine, the host, is excellent and helps to create a great experience! A must go in Normandie.

We only spent one night at the hotel but it was unforgettable. The location by the river is magical! We loved the rowing boat. It was also a great surprise to be greeted in Spanish by the owner.

This place is an elegant heaven on earth.
Kareen, is the most gracious & helpful hotelier. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were visiting family in a fabulous château.
The grounds are stunning, you can relax on sun loungers & watch the sun set by the river Seine, take a dip in the pool, walk through the beautiful grounds or enjoy a drink in the cosy, elegant bar or patio... we did it all & felt more relaxed than we have for a very long time. Dinner was superb, Michelin star quality.
This hotel is fabulous hotel. If your thinking of booking....do it, you really won't regret it.
Can't wait to come back. This was booked originally as a stop over en route to Spain. We are already planning our return.

An absolute gem! But don’t tell anyone else about it as there are only 12 rooms & it gets pretty booked up already. A perfect location, wonderful food &, in Karina, the most hospitable host you could wish to meet!

The place is not very to find but this is really lovely.

I cannot comment on the price as I was invited but this place is absolutely amazing. Despite the name, there IS a restaurant built over the water. You can actually walk around and enjoy this extraordinary location and even take a little boat tour (the restaurant provides the boats to the guests).

If you are around, give it a shot, this is really a place you want to experience.

We ate here 4 years ago and when we found out that we were going to be in the area, we immediately made reservations. This place is lovely, the location, the building, the staff, and the food are all exceptional. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit. You will not be disappointed

Magical. We stayed up the road but dined here twice during our stay. Karine and her team provide the highest level of hospitality as well as a delicious cuisine. Highest recommendations.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but had dinner at the restaurant. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was a perfect example of what makes French cuisine among the best in the world. I had the chicken, which was super tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had the foie gras crème brulée, which was a nice change from the typical foie gras dishes, and the catch of the day, which was scallops (lucky!). He got a very generous serving of 5 perfectly prepared scallops. Along with the food and service, the location is also very beautiful and all in all it was a perfect evening for us.

What a boutique hotel should be. From the charming welcome, beautiful location on the Seine to the lovely food and service, this is a real gem of a hotel. If you’re looking to stay in Normandy, you need look no further.

We celebrated our wedding day at the moulin. A very romantic and somehow magical place alongside the Seine river, bathed in quietness and beauty. The team was very professional and kind from the start of the project until the very end. Excellent table service as well. The food was gorgeous and wines a perfect match. Highly recommend the home-smoked salmon as a first dish. We spent the night in the suite, right on top the river. Waking up with the birds singing to witness the fog lift up to make place for a sunny day is a perfect morning; the breakfast topped it off. Many thanks to the team for a really amazing and successful day. All our guests were delighted.

Amazing place, amazing Hotel, amazing staff. There is everything for you to have a big relaxed weekend. Nature all around, with an amazing view over the Siena River.
