Great little cosy place for a wine and some nibbles. Excellent host/owner who took his time to explain the wines and food to us, all locally sourced, we will certainly be back!

What a fabulous find! Was introduced to this fabulous little bar by a friend last night. Great atmosphere, lovely host who has a real passion for what he does. My friend had a smashing Charcuterie board, snacks and drinks delish great spot! Blink and you'll miss it as you pass through Exideuil, but make a defined plan to visit, you'll be glad you did.

Very charming and welcoming little bistrot. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The choices of wine and beer are excellent. Absolute recommendation if you ever visit this small village in France!

Amazing bar and host.
We were staying in the area looking for a house. The B&B recommended Bistrot 16 and we are so glad he did.
Fantastic amosphere, fantastic charcuterie and cheese and lovely beers and wine.
All great value as well.
We plan to return end of September and hopefully make it our local bar.

An absolutely fantastic place with wonderful wine and delicious cheese and meats (with expansion planned for the coming months), served in this lovely family-run establishment. Quality is superb and service unsurpassable. They deserve to do very well indeed and we will definitely return when we are next in Exideuil! Such a great place, reminds me of an Irish pub. Atmosphere is excellent, craic is great, very reasonable prices and delicious food. Can't ask for more

Ein schönes kuscheliges Bristro /Bar ,der Besitzer ist überaus freundlich ,seinen Wein habe ich gerne getrunken
Und man Weinflaschen kaufen !
Ich habe mir für meine weitere Reise einen Merlot und einen Bordeaux mitgenommen.
Das Bistro ist sehr zu empfehlen;))

Den Wirt haben wir ins Herz geschlossen. Er „lebt“ mit Herz und Seele Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Originelles Ambiente mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Gegessen haben wir nichts, was wir gesehen haben sah sehr appetitlich aus.

Wat een leuke onverwachte plek. Buiten op het overdekte terras of in de charmante bistro. Plankjes met borrelgarnituur ( de xs was al een maaltijd) . Vanaf 2024 ook oesters en wijn proeverijen. Hier stoppen !!!( met de camper bijvoorbeeld)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des patrons très chaleureux.
Les huîtres et les crevettes de Marennes Oleron sont de première fraicheur

Bistro 16 werd ons aangeraden door de B&B uit het dorp, erg vriendelijke eigenaar die ons warm onthaalde , heerlijke wijn aangeprezen en een heerlijke kaasplank en charcutterie plank genuttigd. Leuke uitleg over de producten uit de omgeving. Na een lange reisdag hebben we de dag heel fijn afgesloten!

Lekkere borrelplank gehad. Bediening was supervriendelijk en gezellig. Zeker een aanrader!

Moment chaleureux autour d'une planche charcuterie fromage avec des produits locaux de qualité. La décoration est authentique. Le propriétaire et sa fille nous ont accueillis comme à la maison avec ce petit supplément d'âme que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs. Arrêtez-vous, vous ne serez pas déçus par cette étape qui respire la convivialité.
