Le Welcome Cottage

A great little pub. I speak very little French but me and my family were made to feel welcome, not only by the staff but the locals as well.
Cheap prices, good beer, and a warm and friendly place for the family. Thank you!

What a little gem! The owner is an absolute gentleman, he is so helpful and welcoming. The bar is full of friendly locals. I ate there with my wife and 5 girls and the food was very tasty and fresh. We will be back!!

Lovely trad atmosphere, owner couldn't do enough to help, even put Hull Derby Rugby match on for us & stayed open all afternoon. Good prices & steak n chips for €8.50 extremely good value. Good prices, good atmosphere all round great! *****

Very friendly. Was a bit unnerved on walking in as it seems a very "local" place, but we were made to feel very welcome. Good pint of lager as well as simple but satisfying pub grub.

Very friendly owner, serves great coffee as well as alcohol. Lots of different football scarves from around the world on the wall. If we ever go back I shall take one for the owner

Le patron est très accueillant, le lieu est chaleureux. Petit coin billard très sympa (même si j’ai perdu), et le service est rapide et efficace, la nourriture est très bonne. L’ambiance est familiale.
