the whole dining experience was a very pleasant couple of hours in the sun, excellent food, great service and great location...however, we would consider ourselves as 'regulars' to the restaurant and there have now been very similar dishes on the menu for the last 8-10 visits and a lot more fish, could you consider bringing back the slow cooked pulled beef dish you had some time ago...there are also three steak variations...perhaps the menu needs a little refresh...

Top notch from start to finish: quick seating, drink order taken and delivered in first few minutes, along with bread and roasted almonds. Food order taken in under 5 minutes and appetizers brought only minutes later. Everything was delicious and pleasing to the eyes. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is situated at the end of a little port in Montech. I was surprised to learn that such a top notch restaurant exists in this. This place was founded by the Michelin star chef Christian Constant. Judging by the menu, we knew
we were in for a culinary adventure. There are so many delicious choices on the menu, each so different from another. There is something for everyone. It was difficult to choose because I wanted to taste them all. The portions are generous. Will definitely come back with the entire family. This way, we can order many more different dishes in order to do a tasting of the entire menu.

Eleven of us " Boatie " friends met here for a reunion. Everyone agreed that this Restaurant was an excellent choice and the service, the the amount of food and the wide choice range was amazing.
When you are in Castelsarrasin and feeling hungry and especially enjoy Thai & Saki food then this is a must Restaurant to experience.

Can’t rate this venue highly enough. The evening menu is €42 for three courses but well worth the money as the food is excellent. You need to have a smart phone to scan a QR code to see the menu. The location is lovely by the Canal du Midi.

A spectacular meal! Every course was delicious and like nothing we'd had before. And the wait staff was lovely throughout the evening. One of the best meals of our lives.

This is a fabulous restaurant overlooking the canal. We went twice in the space of a week, once for lunch and once for dinner.
The service was impecable. For lunch we were a party of nine, with five children 11 to 17 and the waitress was very accomodating. For dinner we left the children behind!
The food was deliscious, we tried both the al a carte and the menu de jour. The menu de jour was great value.
Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Mon Dieu, we had an exceedingly good dinner. How refreshing to find a place that has justified pride and confidence in their art without pomp and ceremony that typically goes with it. I had a bad omen as our boat got stopped at 6.25 pm, four locks and 3km north when the eclusiers went home so we walked there to try for our 7pm booking (they were very understanding as we were 15 minutes late and afterwards walked back again with my 86 year old mother! How we laughed! And sang chansons on the way (back !)

A real gem that deserves a place in one's heart we will return again next year and hopefully moor outside this time!
