Excellent friendly staff who also speak English and are very happy to help. The food was amazing. We all ordered different meals and they all came at the same time, presented to perfection and tasted gorgeous. Would definetely recommend this place and go again if we didn't live 300 miles away.

Food was amazing, duck salad and filet steak, just really tasty. Can’t fault it. Service slightly unwelcoming but efficient and warmer as the night went on. Carafe of wine is a good option. Main courses are fabulous, Quercy salad, stands out.

Love this place! I am lucky enough to have a house nearby and have been in La Roue several times, both for evening meals and a quick beer on the way home from a day out. Great place to sit for lunch or evening meal in the shaded garden. (Must admit, I wouldn't eat inside). Nothing fancy, and on first impression you might think that the menu prices are a little bit steep. Don't worry....the food is fantastic and it is money well spent. The owner and waiting staff are lovely.....and speak better English than I do French. Can't wait to go back next summer😊!

Great food, great staff, great wine, great service, great menu, great selection of drinks, great music when the staff are 'off duty', great local dogs, and actually great village. Not the cheapest in Cabrerets, but the most enjoyable. Thought I was just going to pass through but stayed 2 nights / 3 days sacrificing time in the over-touristic St Cirq.
Well worth it. :- )

Petit restaurant avec une carte réduite pour tous les goûts, digne de qualité, produits frais et régionaux.
Notre serveur était très agréable et nos plats extraordinairement bons.
Belle terrasse ombragée dans un village charmant.
