Perfect place for lunch! We stopped on our tour for a quick bite and it was perfect! They didn’t have a large selection, but I didn’t mind. There’s a chalkboard of rotating specials. The fish and chips were fresh and delicious. The service was also friendly and quick. Would recommend!

The food was very good as well as the service. We tried mussels in curry sauce and bavette!

Excellent meal, good quality ingredients, prepared and served well. The bistro was busy but the waiter was working very hard to ensure everyone was receiving good service. The drinks were also good. We liked it so much we booked again.

Enjoyed an excellent meal here on our last night in Grandcamp-Maisy. Burgers and steak were on point and the portions were generous. Waiters were very friendly and helpful despite our limited french.

Wonderful experience, the local cider was outstanding and my entrecôte with Roquefort sauce was well priced and perfectly cooked. A nice French dining experience, even if the Latin music on the playlist seemed a bit out of place.

Nice food, i ordered fish and chips. It tastes good. Its a nice restaurant overall.

It's Calvados country so starting there...
The house drink is a very apple driven mixture. It's addicting so bring a designated driver. Next on the list was the petite velo. (Small bicycle) Also an apple driven mix but has bubbles.
We both had different burgers. There's something for everyone.
I should mention we were pretty hungry and still should have just split one. The burgers come with a large helping of fries.
Several tables had desserts that looked awesome but we were just too stuffed.
The front of the restaurant is looking at the harbor. It was a little windy so we sat indoors but otherwise it would have been a good view.
Parking was available right out front when we got there.
Overall a good experience.

Had a wonderful breakfast here. Service was great even with the language barrier. Will stop here again if I'm ever in the area.

Absolutely loved this place. The server was incredible and the food was perfect. Get a burger and any of the desserts, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered my steak rare and their chef did it the right way. Burgers are great as well. Great value overall.

Le bistrot chez Charl'Au à Grand Camp-Maisy est un endroit à ne pas manquer.
Les plats sont délicieux et préparés avec soin, le personnel est attentionné et chaleureux, les toilettes sont propres et bien entretenues, et les lieux sont charmants et invitants.
Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle et un service impeccable.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une bonne table en famille ou entre amis.

Accueil nickel un mot sympa tout au long du repas, beaucoup d'attentions. Merci c'est si rare de nos jours. Rapport qualité prix quantité rien à dire.. je suis parti repu et je n'ai même pas réussi à prendre un dessert.

On est tombé sur ce lieu un dimanche soir, très bon accueil, repas top, lieu vraiment sympa, on recommande 👍👍👍

Excellent restaurant situé à côté du port. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.
L'escalope Normande avec frites ou risotto est excellente. Je recommande vivement.

De très bons produits, des bonnes frites maison et un repas copieux ,nous avons mangé face au port en terrasse . Les serveuses étaient agréables .

Des burgers avec des produits locaux ça c’est cool. L’assiette est très copieuse. Nous avons adoré le burger Gautier.

Enfin un bon mojito sans être noyé dans les glaçons. Plat copieux et bons. Patronne très sympathique et au ptit soin. Gardez moi la table près de la terrasse avec vue sur le port. A bientôt.

Une excellente adresse, un accueil chaleureux et je vous conseille de réserver à l'avance, les gérants ont même pris le temps de nous rappeler car une table s'était libérée 😊👌🏽, nous avons pu profiter avant notre départ, encore merci à vous et bonne continuation 👍🏽😁🍻
