Le Welcome

Having arrived in Saint Cyprien and wanting to get some lunch we came across Le Chai, and I am so glad we did.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely and friendly man who showed us to our table outside at the back of the restaurant which was a surprise. Our French is still quite ropey so this very kind man read the menu to us in English and French and told us about each dish. My husband went for a burger, I had an amazing Aubergine dish and our son had his holiday favourite of chicken nuggets.

We were given water and both food and drinks were served quickly, and tasted absolutely fantastic.

Throughout our meal the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. It was an absolute pleasure to have found an amazing restaurant and we will definitely visit again (and hopefully grandmother's aubergine dish will be on the menu again).

Overall, absolutely loved Le Chai for the fantastic food, beautiful seating outside, amazing friendly staff and great coffee 😁

We have been in Saint-Cyprien for a month & have eaten here several times & highly recommend it! Whether just for drinks or dinner or fun events, Le Welcome the place to be. They had a great party on Halloween & live music a week ago. We have enjoyed everything we’ve ordered so far from their menu, but my favorite is their Chicken Caesar Salad.

We visited last week, it's under new management. The food was superb. They were extremely friendly. They have a nice terrace at the back that faces into a nice courtyard. I'd highly recommend this place. The duck was particularly good.

Le Chai is a bar restaurant in the centre of St Cyprien. They have a varied menu, prompt service and speak English which is important for the number of tourists who visit the town. I have had several meals there and the quality of the food is generally good. They often have live music and sports on the tv if there is an important event.

Great food, nice ambiance, good music and a private, shaded terrace round the back where the often have groups playing... worth a visit

Super restaurant pub avec un service très sympa. Les plats sont copieux et bons et l’accueil est vraiment bien. Petit jardin extérieur très agréable

Une expérience incroyable ! On est venu avec deux fille de 2 et 5 ans et on nous a vraiment mis à l'aise. Mais surtout chaque plats respirent l amour de la cuisine et le choix de bons produits.
On a tellement aimé que nous sommes revenu dès le lendemain pour goûter d'autre plat et le plaisir était le même la seconde fois !!!
Niveau bière je ne suis pas expert mais il y a un large choix et on a aussi été très bien conseillé.

Endroit très agréable, très sympa. Nous y allons régulièrement car amateurs de bonnes bières, ce bar propose un grand et excellent choix de bières pression (Belges et autres). Les plats proposés sont variés et délicieux.
L'accueil est chaleureux. Merci à l'équipe !

Un pub où l'on déguste de bonnes bières belges.
Mais pas que, le resto est à découvrir, la terrasse /jardin, un lieu convivial. À déguster le trio de gambas, les ris de veau, le camembert chaud et bien d'autres choses. Un accueil et un service super sympa. À faire, à refaire et à re refaire.
Prix abordable.

Nous avons passé un agréable repas. Nourriture très bonne. Mention spéciale au frites maison qui sont divines. Mais une quantité légèrement insuffisante ainsi que la Mayonnaise extra mais vraiment pas assez..
Et le serveur était très souriant, pro et d'une grande gentillesse merci pour l'accueil
