No need to order starters, this time. Royal cous portion can feel up any stomach. We have a house about 10 miles away. We visit monthly and regularly visit at least once every 3 months. 70 euros for wine, one starter and 2 mains plus a bottle of sparkling water is very cheap in my books. The waiter is great and the chef. If she wasn't married..... well... I would the que.

For our group of 10 it was a life saver as we were canal cruising and were looking for good food. Food and service was excellent. The lady chef knows her stuff

One of the best couscous I‘ve eaten in well over the past 20 years. I chose the mixed meat variety with chicken, lamb and sausage. The restaurant is located only a stones throw from the Canal du Midi‘s boat dock and tourist information center in the town of Trebes, France. Just walk across street and on corner of side street, 1 rue du Il Novembre, you will find the small restaurant with all its charm and delicious food. Apart from the Couscous they have daily lunchtime specials for 15 Euros with appetizers, main course and deserts as well and they all have a nice selections of wines and digestives too. Truly a good dining experience.

Wonderful setting, wonderful food, and wonderful service. Can't recommend this place enough if you are in the area. Just a shame it was the last day of the holiday that we found this gem.

Superbly seasoned Tagine with generous portions. Home made and served with understated grace. Eclectic ambience with good pitcher of wine at a very reasonable price.

This restaurant was an accidental find but we will definitely go out of our way to eat there next time we are in the area. The food was superb and the service was friendly and efficient.
