Rouge has been sold

This little hotel/restaurant is in a lovely position opposite the church in the square. Such a lucky find, as we were only passing through on our way to Riberac. Nicely relaxed 3 course lunch with very accommodating owners from either Australia or New Zealand (sorry, can't remember what you told me!) and their very entertaining American waitress! (she freed the hornet!) Lovely freshly prepared food and lots of laughs - thank you!

We stayed in a beautiful apartment for 2 nights which opens onto the courtyard garden and pool. It's a tranquil oasis in the middle of a small town. The host, Janice and Paul, are commited to guest comfort and are very knowledgeable about the local area. The bistro food is fresh and tasty and Paul makes a good coffee

Omg. Love this great little bistro and Paul, Janice and Eliza were the best hosts. (Only sorry we we ran out of time for a final visit becore returning home😟) The menu is small but the portions are huge and to say the food is amazing is an understatement. Ribs night a revellation. Any time you will not be disappointed. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Can not wait to return to this wonderful area of France and reurn to our new favourite restaurant. (Speedy (buddy) loved it too🐶 x

Restaurant dans le village fort sympathique.
La cheffe et patronne vous propose un menu du jours avec du choix. Trois possibilités en entrée, en plat et en dessert.
Les plats sont très copieux et surtout vraiment pleins de saveurs.
Si vous êtes dans les alentours n'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter !
J'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir.

Après une deuxième expérience dans ce restaurant ma première impression est confirmée. Petit lieu convivial, patron très sympathique, très attentif.
La cuisine est réalisée avec goût. C’est varié, généreux, bien présenté. J’ai été surpris du rapport qualité/prix, vous trouverez peu d’endroit où l’on mange aussi bien à ce prix.
