Chambres d'hôtes - Villa Volcano

Spectacular views, sleek, comfortable rooms, an incredibly friendly, welcoming host, and one of the best breakfasts I've had in France - what's not to like??

I would highly recommend this spot to anyone staying in the area.

We didn't want to leave this delightful B&B. Julien is the perfect host & the views from our room were stunning! We left the curtains open at night so we could lie in bed & admire the scenery.
As soon as we arrived, we were smilingly greeted by Julien, who assisted us with our luggage. We had the 'Baroque room' & were able to accommodate our 4 big suitcases. The bathroom is spacious & has a lovely walk-in shower recess with a large raindrop shower head & a 2nd movable shower rose.
We found the queen-size bed slightly overly firm but comfortable - we both slept well for the 2 nights we were there.
Julien happily advised us about restaurants & interesting places to visit. The continental breakfasts were delicious! Julien bakes the pastries & they were sublime.
The local roads are very curvy & can be narrow, so I'd advise caution when driving if you're not used to the region. We managed to get lost a few times, although we were using Google!

What a pleasant surprise! The location, of course, with this vast parnorama overlooking the whole of Clermont-Ferrand and the surrounding hills. The house itself, with its terrace and large balcony. The comfortable rooms, of course, impeccable and well-furnished. The quiet area, where you can hear birds near and far.
But most of all, Julien as a host is wonderful: attentive to your needs, ready to dispense valuable advice when asked, reliable as a host.
Without the shadow of a doubt, hightly recommended!

Superb accommodation. Julian was very friendly and helpful giving good advice for places to visit. Excellent French breakfast and service. Beautiful view over the city from the terrace at breakfast. Our room (Industry) with it own terrace, was clean and well maintained, and ideal for the 4 nights we stayed.

A classy place with a very nice host. The bed is super comfortable and the view is great. It's located 10 min from all the most known touristic places while still being super quiet.

In a quiet location on the edge of the city with beautiful views. Incredible welcome by host. Very comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast.

The host was exemplary in his time and help. He even helped carry luggage. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cheese, bread, croissant. The gite was immaculate with excellent heat, towels, and immaculately clean. The host knew many restaurants and activities in the area, and helped make reservations at the restaurants.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur cette charmante chambre d’hôtes… accueil chaleureux, chambre en parfait état, spacieuse et avec une superbe vue sur Clermont-Ferrand. Julien a été aux petits soins avec nous et a mis du cœur à faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe bien, tant dans sa jolie maison, qu’en nous conseillant randonnées et restaurants… un grand merci !

Nous avons découvert un peu par hasard cette chambre d'hôte. La villa est très charmante avec une vue imparable. Notre chambre était moderne, spacieuse et propre. Notre hôte a été très professionnel et réellement aux petits soins. Très belle expérience, nous conseillons fortement.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise von Österreich ins spanische Baskenland in der Villa Volcano übernachtet. Julien ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und der Service sind außergewöhnlich gut, die Aussicht über das Tal und auf Clermont-Ferrand atemberaubend. Das Frühstück haben wir in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Raum genossen.Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger, es gibt hier viel zu erkunden und Villa Volcano ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt

Très agréable séjour à la Villa Volcano. Située sur les hauteurs, nous avions un magnifique panorama sur Clermont-Ferrand depuis la chambre. Chambre spacieuse, très confortable et joliment décorée. Merci à Julien pour son accueil chaleureux et tous ses très bons conseils!

Expérience 5 étoiles à la villa Volcano. Séjour très zen et reposant. Belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner, hôte chaleureux, grand calme et belle vue. Julien a été de bon conseil pour nous orienter dans la région. Nous avons passé un super week end encore merci.

Notre séjour à La Villa Volcano (2 nuits) début Octobre fut très agréable. Notre hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous (conseils pour sorties culturelles, petit déjeuner excellent, recommandations pour se restaurer, etc...). La chambre "industrielle " était très confortable avec vue imprenable sur Clermont-Ferrand.
La décoration de l'établissement à été réalisée avec raffinement et excellent goût.
Je reviendrai passer un autre séjour chez Julien avec grand plaisir !!

Zeer nette en comfortabele b&b, op enkele minuten rijden van het centrum van Clermont-Ferrand. Lekker ontbijt.
