Friendly Auberge Restaurant

Our second family time for the american brunch, wonderful experience. Home-made food and really friendly team. You feel at home right away . The best brunch around for me so far.

I'm a little biased because I know the owner but I didn't know the chef (lovely person and he makes a mean cassoulet) or the lovely couple who work on reception and in the restaurant. The auberge is well-placed for access to Toulouse and beyond -- I stayed here before and after flying to and from Morocco. I was able to get to the airport and back by public transportation (L2 bus and T2 tram), even on the way back when I landed in Toulouse just before midnight on a Saturday night.

I had one of those days where everything goes wrong. The only place in all the town I got some help was here. So, yes, they can call themselves friendly because they are. Thank you!

My third time here and still recommended. They even put a charging station for electric vehicles, I could charge my motorcycle for free during the night! Extremely happy

Very welcoming and friendly. I didn’t stay for food, but it looked good. After I left I got stung by a bee and headed back to remove the sting. They were really helpful and got the sting out for me and gave me ice and offered me all sorts of kind gestures. Thanks guys!!

Good wifi, clean nice big rooms, peaceful location. Reminds me of hostels I've stayed in, in Australia.
We were so happy to be received with such a warm welcome by the lovely American proprietor when we arrived, weary after a long day and a car break-in. She and her daughter were very helpful and soothing and helped us do what we needed to get the police report done.
We also had some useful-to-me chat about other things that we needed to know about living in Toulouse.
This auberge is nice and friendly every time we walk through the door, and peaceful when we're in our room. Good wifi.
I love the trees and the birds singing outside our window and I liked the good strong coffee in an American-style coffee maker in the morning! The rooms are nice and bright and the beds are comfy and they even do laundry if they have time and you ask nicely. :) We're really happy that we landed here. It's nice having a big lounge where you can talk to other travellers too.

I rarely write reviews about anything, but this place I actually really liked alot it has a really great homely feel to it, lots of amenities. Everything up to par. I would happily stay here and again and recommend it highly to anyone who visits Toulouse.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a little out of the way from central Toulouse, but a nice little village with super friendly locals. Definitely recommend staying here (plus a local boules practice 2 minutes away)

I stay here as a lone business traveller to sites in Colomiers. I book a double room for one. The room is basic but clean with good WIFI. The reception is friendly, food in hostel is good or even better treat yourself to the attached restaurant where the food and service are fantastic. It suits me as I can walk to the work venue close by and avoid all the long queues at the end of each day.

Positives:
- quiet mostly, if that's what you are looking for
- rooms are spacious and bathroom is large
- everyone i met who works here is really friendly

Negatives:
- far from Toulouse if that's were you want to be
- no lockers to be had

Overall, I've had a very positive experience and I'd highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely lovely place, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Beds and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with generous self service breakfast. Merci !

Great attention with great people! Nancy treated my friend and me like daughters, she made some sandwitches for us although the kitchen was already closed since many hours before... A lovely place to repeat!

Had dinner twice during Covid restrictions. Both Thanksgiving and Valentine's day were great menus prepared to enjoy!

Nancy so far has been great. She gave a few tips required for a tourist. Great service.
