Chef Eric serves up a great selection of local dishes. The service is very attentive and friendly. The ambience is simple and intimate with a terrace available in summer.

Gorgeous family run restaurant. Warm welcome, good cooking - recommend the cassoulet de riz de veau, confit and foie de canard and the pudding with Armagnac marinated Agen prunes and ice cream.
Nice affordable wine list, excellent value and quality local Bergerac wine.

After foolishly not booking anywhere for dinner with 7 adults and a child, Emilia and her husband were incredibly accommodating and seated us quite late in the day (on a very hot evening) and specially made a dish quickly for my daughter off menu. Emilia was a wonderful host, kind, funny and charming, explaining the menu to us in enthusiastic detail and very kindly in English. The food was exceptional with clean plates all around and very reasonably priced for such wonderful food. This was our last evening of our holiday and it was the perfect meal for our last night and would definitely return if we stayed in the area again.

Celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary while holidaying in the locality (accompanied by our best man who nowadays lives nearby).
Enjoyed a splendid meal, enhanced by the friendly welcome and the delightful garden setting, with a surprisingly reasonable price being the icing on the cake.

A great morale booster after a slow (for us) return to eating out. Our 1hour 45 minute lunch seemed to pass in no time. Tasty tomatoes with mozzarella cheese for starter, duck filets cooked to perfection and a very acceptable pear and fig tart. Drinks were brought at the right time, including a coffee as a digestive. Well done La Marechalerie!

Always a pleasure to arrive at la marechalerie especially in their new location. The welcome was warm and dinner fulfilled all bellies needs. If you're in the area do make a booking and you won't be disappointed.

Amelela is a wonderful host supporting her excellent husband chef Eric. The food is cooked to a very high standard and has not changed since we first meet and them in 2004. 😋😋
