Nous avions relevé un vélo elliptique d’occasion à l’entrée du magasin, nous avons pu le réserver à distance et nous nous sommes déplacé avec un utilitaire pour venir le chercher mais une fois sur place nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il était impossible de le charger sans le démonter. Un vendeur nous a amené un trousse à outil complète et s’est joint à nous pour le démonter à 50%, mettre l’appareil sur palette et nous aider à le charger. Que demander de plus ? Beaucoup critiquent D4, mais franchement nous n’avons jamais été déçus, c’est pourquoi nous y revenons régulièrement.

Je suis très étonné de la sévérité des commentaires depuis les modifications d'organisation des rayons du magasin.
Le changement est toujours un peu gênant, mais s'habituer n'est pas si compliqué (bien que je sois une personne âgée...).
D'autant que le personnel est attentif et efficace.
Bien que nous n'avions qu'un tout petit achat à faire, Pascale (du rayon randonnées) nous a accompagnés pour nous conseiller et nous guider dans tout le magasin.

Magasin très grand avec des rayons rangés par sport et y trouve également un côté occasion avec tout type de produit ce qui est rare dans les decatlons.
Le personnel est à l'écoute de nos besoins et savent nous orienter.
