I was taken aback by the amount of negative reviews this shop got. However, they had such a great deal on an expensive synth I really wanted, that I decided to create an account (only way to contact them, that probably should be a bit easier) and contact them to ask if the site’s information was indeed correct that they had it in stock. Since it was an expensive synth I wanted 100% insurance they had it in stock.
The owner responded quickly to me via WhatsApp and with a few videos he showed me around his shop and showed the synth I asked about. Communication was friendly and fast. Once I made the purchase he send photos of the box and it was handed over to the package service the same day.

I can’t speak for the negative reviews but my experience has been great so take that for what it’s worth. If you’re in doubt if something you want to order is in stock, you can always contact them before you order like I did.

I bought a Synth Korg Opsix the 19th Feb. For a present.
Website said it was on stock. I didn’t hesitate to buy it.

I got an email the next day with the confirmation and the UPS label was confirmed aswell.

Two days after i was reading reviews from this company and i got so surprised about how many bad reviews they have. So i became a bit skeptical.

I tried to call them like 10times and no one picked up the phone.
So i wrote them an email.

The Synth arrived yesterday the 25th. Just one day delayed.
Its in perfect condition, well packed.
So in conclusion.
They did a great job this time, im guessing they have a small team. Therefore they have some issues.
But my experience was great.

I totally trust this store and would buy from it again!

I just got the Sire R3 DZ acoustic guitar that I ordered not that long ago and I had absolutely no problems at all with anything! I was suspicious because of the ratings but I have spoken to the owner and there is absolutely nothing like a scam going on. He said that there where a lot of people who got delayed orders because of covid but that's about it. This shop definitely deserves a much better rating!

Just for a reference I ordered from Sweden and it took less than two weeks to arrive!

After reading all the reviews I got confused and wanted to cancel my order. But I waited and write to them and I have to say that is was very good communication via email. The delivery was delayed a week, so maybe they shouldnt promise so prompt deliveries when ordering. But besides that everything fine with the delivery

Ordered online a JHS Colour Box V2 from Musique because it seemed like they had the best price in Europe at the time.
Received the tracking details from UPS soon after and it arrived at my home in Portugal on the estimated date.

I was hesitant because of some bad reviews, but have no complaints from my experience. 5 star service!

In the beginning I was totally worried because I ordered from there without reading all the negative reviews beforehand, but today I got my -very hard to find- Godin Multioud perfectly packaged and delivered to my doorstep after exactly 10 days of placing the order (normal waiting times for that instrument are 4 months+ at all the big names music shops, or extremely overpriced at other small shops with 1 or 2 weeks waiting time!) A guy from the shop (i guess he is called Jean-Albert) has even called me yesterday to tell me that the Oud is just finished being prepared and will be delivered to me today. I was surprised that UPS managed to actually deliver the instrument in less 24h from France to Germany.

This place is paradise!! Everything I like in one place: musical instruments, a bar, hq spirits shop and even a concert area. The new smash burgers are good and they have good beer as well. The store is pretty packed with lots of instruments, it's great. They don't have all brands of guitars (no Gibson for instance) but they have a good selection (fender, PRS, ..). They have drumsets, keyboards, bass, banjos, ukeleles, dj stuff, acoustic guitars, pedals and lots of accessories. Service is knowledgeable and very cool.

I bought a Les Paul here. The staff are very warm, friendly, but above all very knowledgeable in the products they sell. They have a sincere passion for music. In short this shop rocks.

I went to the store to buy a birthday present and they were very helpful and nice!! They spoke English and they even helped me to pack the present so it looks nice 😃
I'm very happy I went there!

This is the best music shop in Strasbourg. Whenever I travel to France I jump in here and buy something new. They have a wide range of musical equipment and instruments to offer and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Ordered a loop station pedal on the website in the UK on Wednesday and received the parcel on Monday by UPS! excellent, thank you.

AU TOP ! C'est la première fois que je passe par internet pour acheter une guitare donc j'étais assez inquiet, surtout que la guitare en question n'est pas une entrée de gamme. Je les ai contacté par téléphone et je vous encourage à le faire si vous êtes inquiets avant de passer commande parce que TOUTES les personnes de leur équipe ont été adorables, à l'écoute, on sent qu'ils sont passionnés et qu'ils ont à cœur de bien servir leurs clients.
J'ai donc passé commande un samedi et je l'ai reçue le jeudi suivant. En parfait état, bien emballée, bichonnée avec un setup parfait et voilà je suis amoureux de ma nouvelle guitare.

Recomendable. Muy buen Precio y buen servicio. Un 10. Excelente comunicacion con Duan. Hice un pedido en Marzo y me ha llegado ahora. El retraso es debido al fabricante y problemas de abastecimiento de semiconductores. Si eres de España y estas esperando un pedido varios meses, paciencia, que todo llega. En mi caso han sido 8 meses.

Commande reçue sans délais (un super clavier px-s3100 commandé sur le site internet a très bon prix)
Un gros problème quand même: pas de facture:sur le site il y a un papier sans date ni numéro et pour l'instant je n'arrive pas à vous joindre au hotline.

Finalement la facture m'a été envoyée par mail après demande avec formulaire de contact donc tout est réglé. Merci
