Gwernyfed Walled Garden

We visited this wonderful walled garden and the charming cafe on the afternoon of the 10th November. What an absolute delight on a winter day! A very friendly, warm welcome and the most delicious coffee and cakes. The cheese cake with figs was especially good. We would have lingered longer in the sunny glasshouses but we had to drive back to the Wye Valley however we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

I think this place is fab. I love the restored Orangery and walled garden setting. Really friendly owner and staff as well as lovely food and deserts. Had figs on toast and it was fantastic! The garden cake was beautiful as usual and a nice pot of tea.

We had our wedding at the beautiful GWG this weekend. The setting was stunning with so many types of flowers but also the wall itself and the glass house provide so much character. It was the perfect place for us to tie the knot! But the real highlight of the garden is the family who runs it - they are friendly, professional, and made our whole event so special. And I won't even start on how good the garden cake is... If you're in this part of the world then make the time to stop in and you'll be glad you did!

Stunning setting for a relaxing lunch. We all had buffalo cauliflower with garden slaw - absolutely amazing and tasted really good. All ingredients are taken from the garden

Had a beautiful lunch here in the glasshouse on a sunny November day last week. Really special, the food is fresh and delicious and the setting is gorgeous. Dog friendly too!

Beautiful garden 🤩 you can rest, eating in a cafe, enjoy a nature. Also you can buy a vegetable's growing on this garden. Recommend 👍
