Love this gym!! We were in town and looking for quick session, great gym owned my a top guy, Josh. Equipment was better than anything you can find in a commercial gym. It was so smooth, you’ll find out when you go there what I mean. Cheers mate

I messaged Josh earlier in the week with a view to popping down on Friday morning and wow - what a gym. Not only the best equipped in the area, but one of the better non-commercial gyms I’ve been to. Really well curated pieces of equipment, fully stocked with cardio and functional fitness pieces and tonnes of weights. Also helped Josh was great guy! Will definitely be coming back, awesome place!

Recently moved to the area and have really struggled to find a decent gym as there just isn't much around. Didn't expect to find much here either, but wow, this place actually has more on offer than some much larger gyms! Seriously impressed with the amount of equipment they managed to squeeze in and the general quality of everything on offer. Great range of high quality equipment, super friendly staff, and just that atmosphere of a 'proper' gym. Good stuff!

Awesome new facility for the area with a bit of a difference. Not your normal gym filled with boring machines. Not only can you do a great work out but also learn along the way about nutrition and lifestyle from the enthusiastic owner. I try something different every time, which means it is never boring.

Absolutely first class facility. There's nowhere like it around unless you want to drive 45 minutes or more. Every muscle group can be isolated and Josh lives and breathes fitness so his advice on training and nutrition is awesome. It's the only gym I've been to with a range consisting of an AstroTurf Sled Pull strip to a full range of Kettlebells.

Awesome Gym facility, by far the best for miles around. Caters for all types of trainers. Brand new top of the line equipment. Finally a decent gym in the Hay/Brecon area !!

Great Gym, the best around by quite a distance. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Got Set up extremely fast. Always seems to be adding to the Gym too.

Top gym this. In area for a couple of days hiking and perfect for dropping in and getting your programme in while in Powys, got everything you’re gonna need.

Great gym in the Brecon Beacons, equipment for all types of gym goes, would recommend if in the area and want a workout
