Crucial BMX Shop

I’m not sure where to start….
They have been amazing!!!!!

I initially place an order for a full custom race bike for myself at the age of 38. I paid for the frame etc I snapped my leg playing with my kids. Actually one of two BMX’s supplied for the park by the team at crucial.

I’d sent the photos and they refunded me for what I purchased.

My 4 & 5 year old both race and after a full year I thought I can’t get myself a bike I ordered a Supercross carbon F1 from the states (the only one in the UK. You can’t get a frame as small else where)

Plus got a micro mini Haro frame which I had powder coated.

For me when you have had such good service I returned to the team at crucial.

Both frames were collected at Manchester by the team when at racing under the roof.

The advise and spec off theses bikes is definitely overkill, but this is our main hobby and the bmx racing is so family friendly. I’m lucky with 3 boys I can hand them down to as well. So I do get value for money.

Anyway the service. Attention to detail and ensuring everything is at is best.

I can’t thank the team enough. They have gone above and beyond.

Thanks to Mike, Maria and Team. After a last minute issue, we were at risk and going to an important race in Europe with a rider without a bike. The Crucial team were super empathetic and helpful and sorted us out with a replacement bike. The rider got on perfect with the new bike and posted their best ever result. Without this help, there is a chance they would not have ridden at
all.

What a brilliant shop! I had a custom wheel set built for my 24 inch race cruiser. Scott and the gang really pulled it out the bag. Sourcing the parts i desired and built 2 incredible wheels. I really cant recommend them enough! Outstanding service and workmanship.

I went direct to the shop to buy a BMX. I found all the staff to be friendly.
Mike was super patient, helpful and as a rider himself, gave me some sound advice. Thanks Mike :)
I just put in a second order and will be back again for parts in the future.

Best people to build a custom BMX, with great stock and a brilliant ethos. These guys are amazing, every aspect of the company is perfect, and this is reflected in the enthusiasm of the staff. The build they have put together for our 10 year old boy is fantastic, the whole process has been an absolute joy. Thankyou Crucial BMX.

The other day I bought some tyres and inner tubes, but apparently they weren't the right combination so the next morning, before sending the order, a staff member called just to make sure it was what I wanted/needed!

Yesterday, ordered some handlebars and then I carried on working on the bike, removing the cranks. As I was changing them I thought the whole bottom bracket could do with changing so I called them to see if they could add them in for next day delivery, they did AND didn't charge extra for the shipping.

Great people all around and definitely recommend them, specially if like me you're an hour away from the nearest BMX shop.

Ordered a complete bespoke wheel set from Crucial for my son's racing BMX. Crucial were very helpful and gave sound advise on the most suitable parts for the build. To say my son is happy with the wheels would be an understatement, they looked even better than expected and haven't failed to impress when it comes to performance. Communication with the guys at crucial was top notch throughout and the wheels were delivered exactly when they promised. They even offer a free first wheel service for once the spokes have 'bedded in'. Thanks Crucial for such an impressive service, we will be using you again!

Great service! I had to process my order over phone and on email because I am miles away from any reputable bike stores. They were really helpful, efficient and the bike is fantastic. They answered every question, kept ontop of my order and even assisted with the requirements to ship overseas. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Hard to fault these guys in ANY way! They are regular traders at regional and National BMX events around the country(as well as their shop). Gary and Maria are so nice to talk, very knowledgeable, plus they always bring plenty of decent stock. Have spoken to their shop staff including Kieran and have always been treated very well by them also. Last weekend I bought a set of TroyLee gloves, then forgot to take them with me! I called the shop the next day and they had found them and kept them for me, then offered to post them to me for free! What an awesome business.

Crucial BMX are fantastic !! They are always on hand to help. Offer advice and make good recommendations. The service is first class and the staff are very pleasent, friendly and helpful.

I have had several wheel sets built. The quality is second to none. No matter what I need, the team at Crucial always find a solution. I have purcahsed various products and have never been disapointed. I would recommened Crucial BMX with no doubt - you will not be disapointed.

AMAZING.......I have always brought bits and bobs from Crucial, however after picking up my sons new build I am now a dedicated customer.

There is a parts shortage everywhere at the moment but Crucial are well stocked with the all the best brands. They supplied all the parts and built my sons new full carbon Prophecy and they did it in record time (over xmas period aswell :)), which included a full carbon wheel build.

Amazing service off Mike Suttle he has been absolutely awesome and helped me and offered me guidance on what parts I needed and what would be the best on this build. Every time we have dropped in they have been so welcoming and helped with little problems with other bikes.

The 2 hour drive is nothing when you get such amazing service and products.

Service and expertise has been second to none. A wonderful honest family run BMX business in the heart of Bristol. A big thank you to Scott and Graham for spending two hours tinkering on my bike for free. They managed to iron out all the creases on my custom dream build. Thanks guys! An absolute pleasure.

Fantastic shop and customer service, I went in with my sons bmx, needed a new brake and grips, they were very helpful and fitted promptly, we will return if we ever need anything else

Crucial BMX is a cool outfit. They stock the bits you need and the brands you like. Crucial BMX go out of their way to back-up riders with advice and fitting at events too. They sponsor an inspirational race-team and they support grass-roots clubs with donations. Their shop and their service is quality.

Amazing bmx shop, staff are down to earth and nice. Ben was a diamond took the time to help my boy choose from a selection of bmxs and helmets of my boys choice, which really helped. Definitely a must go to bmx shop 5*
