Great experience - I was having an issue with my bike when I cycled into town. It was a small fix but I still expected it might take time to get sorted! Took it in and was sorted there and then, along with some great chat and advice! Really recommend for bike repair and needs!

Twice had a problem with battery on electric bike. Very kind chap fixed it immediately on both occasions and made a very modest charge for it. Don't know how he does it . Would highly recommend.

Best bike shop in Bristol. Not pushy, not salesy. Just s someone passionate about bikes and passionate about doing a good job. Went there for two new tyres. Rode away very happy!!!! Thank you

Absolute legend! Fantastic bike mechanic and human! I was recommended cycle shack by a friend as I’d had a few nightmares with other mechanics who charged a lot for poor work. Well all I can say is I’m so stoked to have found this place and will always get my bike serviced here in future. He sorted out my issue and didn’t even charge me! Very friendly and helpful staff, diagnosed and sorted the issue with my bike in no time, and at a great price. Also a convenient location right behind Temple Meads. Definitely my go-to for any bike related issue.

Serviced my bike and fitted a new crank arm he had out the back from a previous repair for FREE! I was shocked when I came to collect my bike and there was no charge. Definitely recommend, and it's the only local bike shop I'll use from now on. 10/10

Visited on 3 occasions, always friendly and attentive. On two occasions I went in with a problem and the mechanic has provided advice/a solution that no amount of googling or YouTube tutorials could solve! Thanks for helping me out. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I took my bike today as the break pad had gone, and he charged me very fair price. Very friendly and helpful. Helped me with a bike light and made my saddle higher as I had it way too low! Will definitely return.

Got a flat tyre on the way to the train station, the guy in the shop was so helpful and quickly changed it there and then, saving the day! Not sure how much it usually costs to replace an inner tube but was pleasantly surprised by the price :)

fantastic staff! I got to uni and realised I forgot my bike lock so quickly cycled here to buy one but they were all sold out of the cheaper locks (no surprise!), thankfully they let me borrow a lock for the day. will definitely be back when I need anything bike related

I've now used Bristol Cycle Shack twice for my bike repairs, the first time on recommendation from a friend. Both times the standard of service has been superb and the charges very reasonable. Definitely my go-to bike shop from now on. Highly recommended.

Really friendly service, did a great job on my friends bike. I also purchased a peloton bib whilst I was there for a great price. Stupidly, I didn't test the size in the shop. I brought it back 2 days later and swapped it with no hassle at all. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot :-)

Cannot praise them enough! Passionate, knowledgeable cyclists with a friendly and engaging manner and full of helpful advice. Went out of their way to help me set a new bike, that i hadn't even bought from them, even taking the time to teach me how to do jobs myself in the future. Excellent customer service well worth what little they charged me. Highly recommended

Had been looking around BS1 and Gloucester Rd for bike shops to repair but all are booked up for 2 weeks. Luckily I found this place and they turned me around in 5 hours!

No nonsense bike shop, cheap and straight to the point. Asked to get a bent tire tuned up, and they cautioned that they might not be able to do it (this is normal and i expected it), but by god they tried their best and its so so so much straighter, not hitting the brakes and still riding on it now. The moment the spokes snap (which they will) im going to them to replace the wheel.

We had a good communication from the beginning prior to our arrival in Bristol. Would love to explore the city and surrounding by bicycle and Bristol Cycle Shack has all sizes we need so you always get your size there. We hire bicycle for two days and cover about 100 km. No issue with the bike while we use, gears and shifter also worked perfectly as needed for hilly Bristol. Overall very satisfied with their service and sure will hire again next time we visit.

Lovely bike shop. Reasonable prices and helpful service and advice from the owner who has got me out of a couple of small pickles as a newly biking commuter. 10/10 recommend
