Large store, reasonable prices, minimal queueing. Staff are really friendly and helpful - they seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Have everything we need for our pets. This is more about convenience for me; I haven't thoroghly compared their pricing to other stores. Found a cat asleep on some weighing scales at the cash tills 😀

Jollyes in Maidstone is always neat and tidy. The products they sell are reasonably (cheaper) priced, and the staff are always helpful. Always get my pet supplies here.

Friendly, helpful staff who obviously love their animals. Has a good range of dog and cat food, treats and accessories. Seem to also have a good range of small animal stuff as well as some live animals who (from what you can see in store) seem to be well cared for. Usually have some good deals on as well as regular money off vouchers for members.

Lovely staff, they gave Teddy a few dog treats after asking our permission. Items were reasonably priced including the natural dog treats. It was a great experience all around and we'll definitely pop in there more for dog goodies moving forward😊

This Jollyes had a community vet clinic.
They where very welcoming and friendly. The help was first class and even had treats for pets that are welcome to come in

Came to the vets yesterday with my new puppy, Fearne at the desk was really kind and polite and quick to book me in, really recommended, thank you Fearne for such a lovely service :)

My favourite pet shop ! Rosie is very kind & friendly my dogs love seeing her all the staff are friendly & helpful and love saying hello to the dogs 💗

It is a very clean store and the vet in the store is also very friendly.

What fabulous personal treatment you get at this store. Friendly welcome. Knowledgeable staff. These guys really know and care about the product they stock like it's hand picked by them. Prices are very competitive- however you pay for quality and that is what you get here. I'd rather pamper my kitties with products that are worth their weight, than substandard products that fall apart not long after you remove the packaging. Every member of staff I've ever encountered here has been as helpful as the next and able to advise on many animals. If they can't help they will sure as hell happily point you in the right direction. Added to their busy day is their constant ongoing charitable days which we love coming along to. Keep up the good work Jolleyes. I'm a proud customer. 😊

Have used this store a number of times and have never had a problem. Will make endless fuss over pets being brought into store. Had great advice for my dog that had a skin irritation avoiding the vets and bills and was all cleared up very quickly! Very helpful friendly staff that go out of their way and have visited when they do various events helping to raise money for animal charities! Would recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely love jollyes pet shop been taking my German Shepard puppy there since he was 12 weeks old and he is now 10 months old staff are so friendly and great for advice my pup loves it a lot he always gets a treat every time he comes in very good service from the woman with blue highlights in hair my pup loves her a lot , however there was a new male staff member there was quite rude and abrupt and whilst I was talking to the woman at till he kept commenting in are conversations and was getting rather frustrating

Honestly probably one of the best places to pick up bits for your furry friends!

I've been using this shop since it opened, I feed my dog on there premium dog food K9 puppy and now adult which she loves! I've purchased all of my dog accessories, bed, crate, toys, doggy shampoo, you name it and I've probably got it from Jollyes! I've even had fish from them which I'm very funny about getting as wouldn't want to infect my tank with a disease and kill my other fish just like I've done in the past from pets at home!!! Jollyes fish tank are clean and all fish are heathy, the staff are so friendly and have given me such sound advice!

I was really impressed with this store. The staff were friendly with good advice on products . Lovely range of products at competitive prices. It was clean and bright and the small animals looked healthy and their pens clean and smell free...

went to this store last week to get a rabbit for my little boy and dealt with the assistant manager, she was a most helpful person, she showed me the rabbits one by one letting my boy see and stoke each of them telling me which rabbit was what sort until we had picked one, then took time to advise us on what sort of cage we needed and food,chewy things and bottles. she help us get it all to the car and has advised us when we can come in and get the jabs for when it is going outdoors. she was great and had all the time we needed and advise, i will certainly be coming back with my custom because of the staffs friendliness and helpfulness

Always had a good experience in here. It's a pleasure to go there with your pets . The staff are friendly and helpful. And as one poster thinks it's illegal to show a different price on shelf to what comes up on the till needs to learn the law.
