McDonald's

Good service. Used the drive through on this occasion. Had to park up in the main car park while waiting for my meal. Plenty of spaces. Wait was around 5 minutes.

It was very Very busy when I visited last week: staff were gooodd …. Was able to get my order fast just how fast food should be. Fooood was very hot and really good. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s around..had two large mc crispy meals and eat the lot. Felt like fat after but was very filling and loverly. Will definitely be returning to this McDonald’s again in the future with family and friends and foes

Really Really amazing staff who are switched on & try to do a difficult job to the best of their ability. The food is served hot & fresh & quick considering the queues they get.

Food was too good and even very fast. Lobby was so good and had a good environment. Customer care staff are very friendly and helpful here in McDonald's, great hospitality by customer service staff. I highly recommend this McDonald's to everyone. I will visit every week.

Food here is always made super quick and always made with the best quality, I come here every Friday with my son, and I've never had a problem with food or service.
The kids' play area is great, and my son loves to play after he's eaten. It's great to see a play place with so many shutting down
Food is always hot (which is hard to find in some mcdonald's these days)

A delightful day out we went on a family day which was run beautifully. Followed by the races which is always fun.

Caleb was the best server and he was very professional and he helped me on the machine when i didn’t understand how to use it . He should be employee of the month.

Had a lovely chat with a friendly and helpful member of staff which made my day

Tastey food as usual, service was average, not as nice dining as it was as there are always loads of delivery people gathered inside. Other than that, they just can't seem to get their milkshakes right, so we don't buy these anymore.

I visited McDonalds with my wife today at hart street. I had a amazing and good moments here in the restaurant. The customer service staff was very helpful and so kind. Specially Santosh.. I observed for an hour while having my lunch. I saw him helping all the age people from children to aged people. They replied him by Hugging with happiness. He helped that much for them and their children. I find a very good hospitality here in the Hart street McDonalds

Food was good. No drive thru queues to collect food when I arrived.
However, car park rammed with people in cars waiting for their ordered food to be brought out to them.
They kept taking order after order even though the kitchen couldn't cope - the number of the people waiting in the car park was huge.
I refused to move to the car park and waited by the collection window until food arrived.
This resulted in a massive queue at the drive thru ....which was an accurate signal.
If I knew things were that busy, I would never have gone in.
Camouflaging how busy they really were using the car park and a holding area stinks.
Will never visit this location again.

Staff Are always Super Friendly and Helpful.

Very helpful employee Keira was more than happy to give us an replacement
chicken nugget when we were missing one from our 20 nugget box. We need more people like this In the world ❤

Great service and fast hot food, a very good McDonald's. Really nice comfortable seating areas too.

Food is great for a quick snack. Service when going in side was quicker than waiting in a Que for the drive through service. Lots of impatient people in the car park that had obviously already eaten and don't quite know how to calmly wait in line & give way to other cars that were also waiting to leave the site.

Worst service ever in shall we say not to fast food outlet, 15 mins for two milkshakes, yes you read that right. We went in an empty queue and there was 12 behind us 3 numbers on the screen before us with no one there.

An outside and inside seating area with more space upstairs. Good toilets upstairs with lift to upper seating area.
Game area for under 5s which is kept cleaned and free of any mess.
Staff lovely and table clearance is quick and unobtrusive. I really like this branch!
Oh yes, there's the drive through too which is heavily used.
Home delivery services seen in and out regularly so it's a place set up for this.
I really do love this place.

Place is really good.. What concerns me is the app which has a lot of bugs..

Good with government guidelines but order screen was broken. It's hardly their fault though, so still 5 stars from me
