Fantastic company and caravans! We ordered our 2020 Sunseeker Flare at the 2019 NEC after viewing at Stafford a few times. There was absolutely no pressure at any time, we experienced a professional, friendly and helpful approach throughout.
Handover was perfect, everything was explained thoroughly, all our questions answered and we were shown that water, gas etc was working which didn't happen with our previous caravan.
Now we come to the after sales which to us is the most important part and we have to say that it has been the best we've ever experienced. Jim Kerr, especially, has been amazing throughout and has gone above and beyond on many occasions. Nothing has been too much trouble and his breadth of knowledge, understanding and good humour has been a joy.
We've waited a few years to write this review so that we can speak fully from experience of both the caravan and the company. The Sunseeker Flare has been everything we wanted and more, we've loved every minute of owning it and we're looking forward to many more holidays in it. We wholeheartedly recommend it and most importantly, buying from Freedom Stafford - huge thanks to Jim, Maciej and all!!

Very friendly and helpful with no high pressure selling. We brought a 3 year old caravan which is in more or less as new condition and came will loads of extras including an apparently unused awning. The handover was excellent and gave a full detailed explanation of how everything worked. Staff were happy to answer any questions I had. Over all we are very pleased with our purchase and the service we received. Thanks Freedom Stafford.

Great experience, Jim and Majic are really friendly always ready to give advice and point you in the right direction.

Needed some more thetford green toilet sachets whilst camping nearby and they had them at better than on line store price. Also had a look at their cute little Caravans whilst waiting. Nice set up with friendly staff.

Bought a sold as seen project from just looking at the pictures, there's always that niggling doubt but needn't have worried... well happy with the purchase and found Jim's a genuine trustworthy guy.

Well worth traveling from North Cheshire to Freedom Stafford.

Negotiations with Jim Kerr were straightforward and totally hassle free.

Once we'd agreed the sale and were home again,
we had regular communications from Jim. Nothing was too much trouble.

On collection day, the handover was done by colleague Majec and was absolutely first class.

We've bought several caravans in the past (some new, sone not) The last for a new Sprite Alpine 4 was pretty much abysmal.

By far this was the very best

Collected our Microlite Sport Flair today. Like others say nice handover. Straight forward old fashioned customer service helpful and friendly. Really pleased with caravan. It's a Tardis small and compact on outside but very practical on inside. Yet to try it but I am sure quite cosy especially with It's thermostatic Plinth heater. We think the Flair package is good. Tows beautiful. Can't wait to use it next year. Nice products that's helped along nicely by Jim and his team. It's a bonus that the guy that handed our caravan over used to build them at the factory in poland nice touch. well done all

Well worth the 3 plus hour journey to get to Freedom Caravans Stafford, got exactly what we were after at a great price considering the extras and servicing. It was made all the more better by the fantastic customer service from Tim, professional and open about the caravan with no hard sales pitch on the van or anything extra. I have a 2010 Jetstream Twin Sport which I've had for 6 years and still love it.
Over the years I have purchased spares and accessories from this Freedom Dealer in Stafford and never had a problem.
I had been in touch with Jim Kerr yesterday with regards a snaking incident I had returning home from NEC Caravan Show last week.
He discussed his recommendations as to what I should do and answered several general questions I had about my wee Freedom. The staff have always been most helpful to me even though I can be a bit long winded with my explanations 😂.

I ordered and collected a 2017 Freedom FLARE at the beginning of August, I've only used the caravan three times but I've fallen in love with it already!

I had a few little snags that were quickly corrected by the after sales department.

Got my new Twin Sport last August and absolutely love it. Brilliant company to deal with, very helpful staff. Can’t wait to get away with it again.

We can't speak highly enough of Freedom Caravans and manager Jim. We met him at the NEC Camping and Caravan show in 2017 then went to look at a second hand Jetstream First Class. We bought the van and then returned to Freedom to collect where Jim gave us a full show round for half a day. Any follow up phone calls were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Jim or his colleague Tim. Its ten out of ten all round from us!!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. Great friendly service and a garage I can trust that has expanded to add caravans. But I do not own a caravan.
