Been struggling with my chest for weeks. Eventually got an appointment with kidwelly surgery even though I live in trimsaran. Saw Dr Sam. Very through examination thought I had a chest Infection. Totally explained my symptoms and was given a prescription. In four hours my chest was feeling better. Very satisfied. Thank you. Pity no doctor in trimsaran surgery

Since moving to the area 8 months ago I have been very impressed with the service I have received from this surgery. Thank you

I don’t bother anymore. I’ve given up. It’s a nightmare. You spend so much time trying to get seen, only to be rushed back out the door as soon as possible.

Worst GP surgery I’ve ever had, and the last one I had was shut down due to complaints, so what does that tell you.

Staff are awful, shouldn't be working in the health sector. Don't answer the phones , prefer to stand around talking. I felt like I just walked into a saloon bar and the receptionist was a bouncer. Not supposed to disturb them when they are chatting.
I feel sorry for vulnerable people who have to rely on this surgery. One gentleman I spoke to said it's always like this and he reluctantly accepted it.

Treated my partner terribly during her pregnancy. Downplayed or ignored dangerous symptoms, resulting in delayed treatment. Join another surgery, even if you have to travel further for it.

I have ordered my medication every month on line , as I thought this would be easier…and every month for nearly 2 years now , I have to phone the surgery and ask them to unfreeze my meds , with no real reason as to why they continue to do this ….

was booked for work at abid house. unreasonable requests and family not following social disrancing. 3 people followed me into what was goibg to be the work space depite requests not to. no wonder covid 19 increased when people act in this manor.

Sorry for having to report this but care from this surgery extremely questionable especially given the seriousness of ‘hard fought for’ diagnosis of serious illnesses.
