Set in the small village of Five Roads, a couple of miles from Llanelli. A delightful venue with plenty of space. A couple of settees for chatting and drinks whilst awaiting a table. It has a smart, relaxing feel being dog friendly in the bar area. The staff are very friendly and the food is delightful. The venue also had a small Caravan/mobile home, facility to the rear.

Stopped in for food after going to the Railway. Absolutely amazing. Above average, really really delicious food for really reasonable prices.

My wife, my daughter & I had food there today.
It was absolutely stunning food. The chips were to die for. The steak I had was perfect. The garlic butter sauce was the best thing about it. My wife loved her food. She had hunters chicken.
Service was professional and polite. Made my daughter feel at ease too.

We recently hired the private function room for my daughters baby shower. The room was lovely and the service provided excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The afternoon tea was gorgeous and sandwiches etc really fresh. I would definitely recommend food and functions at the Waun Wyllt Inn 😊👍

10/10 would recommend. The decor and atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. I had the cockles gratin and hunters chicken (see pic). Both were lovely and full of flavour. I was too full for dessert but the cheesecakes going to other tables looked amazing.
Service was friendly and helpful.

I required a nice restaurant with a a bit of class and was not disappointed at all. Attentive staff, lovely food and a good selection of wine. It was a pleasure to eat here as the atmosphere of a busy restaurant on a Saturday evening is something to behold. The prices are reasonable so we both came away thoroughly satisfied. When your only criticism is that we wished the sign for the car park was more clearer to see then you know you’ve picked a winner

Having held our wedding function at the Waun Wyllt we were overwhelmed by the attention to detail that Michelle, Liam and all the wonderful staff had. From the moment we made our first enquiry we felt reassured that our day would be perfect. The organisation, venue , food and accommodation was just superb!
Having been to many weddings within the area, this is without doubt the best we have been too. Perfect for the smaller wedding, delicious home cooked food and the staff are just amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Amazing !!!!!!!

Attended a friend's wedding and provided the car for the day, a 1956 Bentley S1. Very impressed with the venue. I was chauffeur for the day!

Very nice place just outside Llanelli.
Food is delicious. We had soup of the day and pork Ribs. Both tasted amazing. For a main we took homemade burger. It was really nice, meat falling apart what means was done manually. In my opinion, the burger should be seasoned better but that's individual taste. Good selection of beers also. Recommending to visit.

We dined here twice and were really impressed. Excellent homely food, attentive staff and really cosy atmosphere. The prices were really reasonable too. Would happily come back here again if we are in the area. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.

Got married quietly and chose this lovely venue for our meal. It was only for four people and I have to say the meal was stunning as always and the service was faultless from the lovely Rebecca and Lewis.
They really were so hospitable and attentive and ensured that we wanted for nothing! Would highly recommend . Thank you so much for the best day ever! Xx

Haven't been for years but a lovely place. Quite quiet, only 2 other tables in use when we arrived for 12.30. Drinks brought quickly. A bottle of red wine was £18.95, very reasonable. I had salmon, my father had Hunters chicken and my mother had beetroot falafel. We all enjoyed. For dessert my father and I had sticky toffee pudding and my mother had a Belgian waffle. The sponge melted in my mouth and there was a good amount of toffee sauce. My mother doesn't normally have dessert but she really enjoyed the waffle. The atmosphere was good with some jazz music playing in the background. We will be going again

Staff are friendly yet courteous and professional. The food is superb as well as very reasonably priced. It has become our favourite for Sunday lunch. Really can't fault it and can't recommend highly enough. The husband and wife team have got it all just right. Thanks again, Alan & Emma.

Right next to the cycle path, this pub has both a pub menu and a la carte menu. Service was great, a good selection of drinks and the food was very tasty (Marinated monkfish, coconut and lemongrass tagliatelle with prawns and clams + white chocolate and strawberry desert)

The food was fantastic! There was a separate vegan menu (you need to ask for it), I had the mushroom wellington and my partner had the vegetable curry. Omni options and veggie options for people we were with, and dog friendly in the bar area, which was still fancy feeling and not like other bar areas we've sat in before. The food was homemade by a talented chef, and I can't wait to visit again.

A superb one night stay here. The traditional frontage belies a fantastic open plan bar and restaurant which has been carefully restored to combine the traditional stone pub with a top quality interior. Beautiful furniture, fittings and decor, lighting and background ambience. The annex room we stayed in was clean, modern and very well finished, high quality fittings and bathroom. We ate here twice and both dinner and breakfast were perfect and good value too. The large cooked breakfast will last you all day - huge and beautifully cooked.
