Server was more than helpful and his suggestion for cake was perfect! I've always had great service and great coffee here.

Popped in for my usual coffee today, flippantly told the barista that I wished they did samples of the newer drinks as I didn’t want to buy a full version in case I didn’t like it, hey presto he makes two mini versions to taste, absolutely brilliant service, not sure of his name but he went above and beyond

The staff here are flawless! Incredible service! The lady I was served by happily made me a coffee which wasn't available on the menu and it was delicious; they were also very willing to help my partner and I transfer our paper loyalty cards onto the app despite it being a busy lunchtime. Nothing was too much for the staff here. Thank you guys!

Cafe Nero has a relaxing atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I had a white chocolate mocha, my 1st, it was really nice, no sugar needed it was sweet enough. I Always have a drink here when in town. Look forward to my next visit.

Love the chilled vibe of this place. Had a free coffee too as my loyalty card was fully stamped which is a good incentive to come here. Great tasting snacks always available.

Me and my mam come in regularly, but this one time our dog (Bob) came with us, recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous tumor. He had started bleeding and we had brought dressings with us. But a staff member seeing us get a little stressed with it, came over with a first aid kit and gave us bandages. The staff member is named Joe and we honestly couldn't of thanked him enough that day. My mother thanked him but she wanted to make sure I left a review to say. Staff are always lovely 🙂

1st of all, Nero is hands down the best coffee on the high street. Aberystwyth branch has a friendly, fast working team and the store is well presented and welcoming. Like the app and stamp system too, prizes and freebies are always a good thing, especially when involving coffee as good as this.

Consistently great service, excellent baristaswho make the best soya cappuccinos. Lively atmosphere and bright cafe. 🌞

Have a free coffee with O2 every Tuesday, fantastic staff and lovely seating area.
