Lovely room with sea view (no 2). Great beer in bar, food in restaurant, and breakfast. An ideal stop before getting the ferry to Dublin.

Hotel situated at 4 mile Bridge, Anglesey. Been run by 2 brothers for last 40 years. Very welcoming

Called in when passing through got seated quickly and the waitress was very nice and friendly made sure we were happy throughout she also had a lovely sense of humour

Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Great service and beautiful clean rooms. Meals were all top class and well cooked. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Didn’t stay at the hotel dined there. It was a Saturday night so was quite busy I would recommend booking a table. We sat outside as we had a dog with us which was not a problem. All staff very friendly. Food was excellent as usual with something on the menu for everyone. Service was excellent please remember you are not going to a fast food takeaway all food is cooked to order. Thank You we will be back shortly

I drove around here lot of times but I never came in, but today I was here for little get together to remember someone lovely.
I was pleasantly surprised, food was tasty and restaurant and bar were nicely decorated. I think I will come for a lunch with my family again. Enough car parking space and view is just gorgeous.

The Anchorage Hotel has got one of the best seafood restaurants on Holy Island. Delicious seafood and fish dishes, very good wines, excellent service - a great place for a special occasion! Also, after the restaurant closes you can adjourn to the comfy, well-sorted bar and have a drink or two.

First time I've ever been in here, even thou live local as tend to go to Treaddu Bay area.

A lot of home cooked meals, which shows with the quality of the food.

Had the homemade chicken curry, which had been slow cooked to perfection.

This place is truly a hidden gem, and the best place I have been in a while.

Just returned from the hotel with my 2 friends. Spent 2 nights for a golf weekend Anthony the owner and he's staff could not do enough to ensure our stay went well, even booking 2 rounds of golf for us aswell. Food was nice in the bar reasonably priced and a large selection of beers and spirits. We even had a key if we wanted stayed out late. This is the second time i have stayed here the last time was 13 yrs ago and most of the staff are still here. We will be booking again for next year. A very warm and welcoming family pub/hotel. I have been on several occasions and spent new years here. The food is amazing, high quality food and big portions. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend to a friend!

Visited for food. Was a mixture of guests and locals. Really friendly staff, great selection of drinks and a really good selection from the menu. Plenty to select from including veg/vegan. Food was fresh and nice portions. Would happily go back again. Definitely recommend

Didn’t stay in the hotel, but had a fantastic meal. Food was excellent, good home cooked food and large portions. The staff were very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere.

Great hotel. Lovely staff and brilliant value food. Love the steaks. Breakfast will keep you going all day.

We stayed here with our small dog at the start of September 2017. Food was excellent, decor perhaps a little dated but it was very comfortable and clean and the staff are without exception lovely - they really were a credit to the hotel. We would definitely stop there again. A few people have made comment about the prices but they are on a par with other hotels on the Island when we looked so no big deal in my view. Breakfast was super so am not sure why someone else has said to avoid it.

Stopped here for a late lunch at the recommendation of some locals. It was very good. They offered multiple gluten-free options. Nice and pleasant service. Food was very good.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay. Anthony and all of the lovely staff made us feel especially welcome. I would thoroughly recommend. The Sunday dinner was delicious! Thank you.

A juicy and generous gammon and chips lunch accompanied by pots of tea and great coffee served us well, as our B and B were not able to supply cooked breakfast. Lovely friendly hosts, and a beautiful cat came to say hello whilst we ate outside in sunshine.

Great family run establishment! Home cooked food, reasonably priced with a welcome from behind the bar when you walk in. Locals happily mix with holidaymakers creating a friendly atmosphere for all, well worth a visit!

Came here as part of a car club (vx220) after our booked hotel let us down. The Anchorage stepped in and put up about 30 of us. Excellent hotel, rooms clean and good. Breakfast was superb - all fresh cooked and they catered on the Saturday night for 40-50 of us and the food was great. Lovely views. Nice quiet location. I will be back!
