Asda Chester

This afternoon I went to pick up my parcel that I ordered online. Unfortunately there was a customer who accidentally took my parcel. The staff and manager with short red hair (didn’t get her name) were so helpful and tried to get hold of my parcel from the lady. In the evening Amy (one of the staff) even dropped the parcel to my house on her way home after her shift. Thank you sooooooo much for all your help and efforts. Pls recognize their hard work for the branch. They are amazing!

Very BIG store! Two floors: ground floor has a fab range of food products from nessesities to specialist. A reasonable range of Vegan products scattered throughout the store. Produce looks fresh with a good variety - although this differs depending on the time of day. Also an aisle or two of seasonal products, cars and toys. Second floor: accessible by escalator or lift with small clothing section, cafe, beauty, restrooms, home accessories, home appliances, baby items and small items of tech towards the back. Good sized car park, store is at the back end of Greyhound Retail Park and Real easy to find. Also has cash points, trolleys are £1 returnable :)

Very good supermarket in the Greyhound retail park, on the edge of Chester. It's on two floors and has an opticians and cafe.

great place to shop. plenty of choice, big carpark, surrounded by other shops well worth a visit

Open long hours. Staff very nice. Parking . ATM that really works.

Have just left the store feeling very happy with my experience thanks to a store rep named Mel (dark hair) who helped me to carry my items to the self checkout, completed the transaction for ma and even packed my bag. First class employee and deserves a great deal of praise!!!

Good customer service everytime I’ve been there , first time a staff refuse to serve me drinks the only day I didn’t got my ID with me , was disappointed. End of the day it’s her job to ask .

Home shopping for the first time and I have to admit the service was outstanding. Recently had operation and the driver James was brilliant. Absolutely made me so happy by just helping me with shopping.

Great service the opticionist was very nice. Took her time I didn't feel rushed through the process like other places. There are plenty of frames to choose from including plenty of designer frames. I was told 2 week wait for my glasses so I went in 9 days just to see and 1 was there ready for me. For £114 pound for 2 pairs of glasses and 15 for eye test I think that's great value for money.

Love visiting this store, clean , friendly staff and items I need are always available. I bypass the queensferry store as find this store more comfortable . Fantastic offers , used to shop at Tesco but now this is the store for me. Well done management and staff .your all doing a fab job 😀. O and just to add it's the only place I can purchase my super fruits porridge , please continue to stock it please 😀

Visit every week,get everything you need for a weekly shop, not many staff on tills ,but the self service is very easy to do,must be cos I can do it.......☺

Excellent service at the Opticians and at least 70% cheaper than the best-advertised opticians. I’ve told all my friends/ family, and they will all be checking out Asda when their prescriptions are due. Very pleased.

My preferred place to shop over the local competitors. Nice stuff, especially the pizzas and cooked chickens at the most competitive prices with everything I need in one shop. Staff are really helpful and friendly as well.

Just like to say , me and my wife called into the cafe , and were serverd by a lovely lady , who was very helpfull, and is doing and great job, thank you for the 2 tuna melts and tea last sundau morning.😀

My favourite food shopping place I spend 2 hours here everytime I go there check out staff are lovely always happy to help and love the clothes there too....

Just been into Asda. As always found some good bargains. The one thing that i find here whenever i shop is helpful staff. Pleasant checkout staff, friendly, some have really gone to trouble to find what we wanted when we couldn't see it ourselves.

I like this store, the staff are very helpful and friendly. This morning I shopped at 7am nice quiet time, staff were helpful to me finding products, and they opened up a checkout especially for me.

Great service. Had a fantastic breakfast at a reasonable price and the service was as good as I have had in anywhere else I have been. The young guy working there was very pleasant and friendly
