James helped me out massively with gaining more knowledge to be able to help me make a decision on what gaming pc to buy. He sat me down at one of the computers and went through different graphics cards, processors and v-sync.

Very friendly guy. Easy to talk to and really laid back.

His effort in helping me didn't go unnoticed.

Served by Callum. I needed to purchase a TV and knew exactly which model i needed. I had a time constraint and needed to be in and out of the store in 30 mins.

I explained this to Callum and 10 mins later i was driving away with the TV in the back of my car. Great service, really helpful and couldn't fault him. Thank you!

I've been in a couple of times recently to look for a washing machine, dryer and a fridge freezer. Trish has been a phenomenal help, all help and knowledge and not at all pushy. Love delaying with helpful and honest people. Michael was also the same the one time we spoke to him. A credit to Currys.

Just went here to enquire and to browse a particular product and I recieved great service from Josh Barnet and a lovely girl Moosha and Josh was very informative , kind and smiley thanks come here again

Went into the Chester store today enquiring about purchasing a new MacBook. Dion was more than helpful. He was knowledgeable in the product area and also helped us get the best price and honoured a price match from another department store. Dion went above and beyond and his customer service skills are excellent! A real credit to the store and the company!

went in the store looking for three items and POORYA helped superbly he knew exactly were to find each product i needed and helped with taking the products to my car. He helped alot with my disibility as i use a crutch to get about he got me a seat and walked around the shop floor for me with the items i was after to make it easier for me. Furthermore he explained each item without hesitation and why it was best fit for me. He absolutly smashed it would be visiting again and that man done an incredable job. 11/10

went in yesterday evening in an absolute panic because i thought i had a virus on my computer. lorraine (the apple expert) stayed late on her shift to help me and it was so so appreciated. she was very knowledgable - she quickly identified the issue and now I know how to protect my laptop from this from happening again. thank you so much for the help.

What a wonderful experience. Went along to see if they had any Lanyards for an Autistic Relative of mine and was met by Emily who could not do enough to give me guidance on how the store is embracing the Autism Local Charities and how aware of Autism they are as a company. Well done Emily, her colleague sorry I think it was Meg (Emily said we are the 2 M's). Anyway thank you Currys I managed to get the Lanyard I wanted and was really impressed with what you are doing there. As a final bonus I was even sang Happy Birthday as today happens to also be my Birthday.

Just had an amazing experience at Curry’s in Grey hound Park Thanks to Dion. I’m from Canada, leaving on a two week cruise in the morning and My Fitbit charger broke 😩 they do not carry the charger and Dion offered to charge my Fitbit for me using a store charger, which was amazing. When he looked at my charger he realized right away what was wrong and in a couple of minutes had it fixed !!!! Truly a life saver Unbelievable customer service

Firstly some context, earlier this year I had an issue with an iPad and the way it was dealt with in store made me vow to never step foot in the door again. The management were rude and the staff disinterested (see CC4700726). I had to return tho as my elderly mother needed a new cooker and doesn’t like shopping online.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE? Went in first thing to find the team all smiling and welcoming customers - if felt like an Apple Store as opposed to the torrid experience last time. I was still hesitant tho as last time was so bad…. Then Ash came to help. He was brilliant and realised straight away that my mother needed additional support. He went through everything, listing prices and what they got her for her money. His product knowledge was on point but more importantly he seemed to genuinely care about getting the right solution for mum.

I was so impressed that in the way out I went to find the manager who I think was called Jamie. He was really pleased to get the feedback and was interested in our experience. Jamie and Ash totally turned my opinion around and have regained u a customer.

On behalf of my mother THANK YOU! I will defo return - hope these guys get to see this as I never feel compelled to write reviews but they were superstars.

I visited Curry's Chester Store on Greyhound Retail Park/Deva Park on 15/05/23. My visit was to purchase a mini refrigerator for my elderly mum. I was met by Daniel who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This made all the difference to my visit to the store and he also took the fridge to my car for me and made sure it was secure for journey home. Thanks so much Daniel!

Went to buy a new washing machine only to find out due to lots of reasons that they are very scarce at the moment. Our washer had just packed up so we needed one ASAP. The lady who dealt with us was extremely helpful, and managed to find us one at Wrexhams branch. Very impressed with the service always like dealing with people face to face. A*
