The Valley Centre Dental Practice

I'm terrified of the dentist - have been since I was a child.
I saw the hygienist yesterday for a deep clean and I honestly have never had a better experience! We even did the whole thing without a local anaesthetic. She was patient, kind, gentle, understanding.. the young man assisting was also just as lovely.
My fear is definitely subsiding and I'm so glad I chose this dental practice. Thank you so much, again, for taking such good care of me!

I am very nervous at the dentist, and hadn’t need to see one for quite a few years. I saw Louise, and she was great! She explained everything that was going to happen clearly, and made me feel at ease.

First Class Service & Treatment. I came to VCDP for a second opinion after going to my past dentist & another I had been referred to. I was not comfortable with the volume and manner they were going to proceed.

Best decision I have ever made, after seeing Ratna and being offered a number of ways forward nothing like what I had been initially offered. I will be having all my Dental work done here with my wife.

I had severe toothache and required an emergency appt. The staff fitted me in on the same day and I received excellent treatment and compassion from my dentist (Dr Uddin?) and her dental nurse, I had a procedure to relieve some of the pressure which has helped. I was given plenty of good advice regarding my follow up treatment , antibiotics and a follow up appt for two weeks for review and discussion of my choices of treatment me having considered them in my own time. Thank you!

Saw Ratner and was made to feel very at home during my appointment. Probably the best practise I have ever visited would definitely recommend. I have booked back in for additional services in Feb without hesitation.

Really great dentist surgery. Elizabeth is the best dentist I've ever had and I've had many, she is so kind and reassuring a real credit to the practice. The reception staff and nurses are all lovely and friendly too, feel very lucky to have such a good dentist! Thank-you

Started the invisalign process in Aug 2023 with Dr k Nahar. The process was simple and explained well, and I am absolutely happy with the results. I am currently going through the post procedure of the teeth whitening process. Due to finish in a few weeks. The practice is professional,friendly and welcoming. It's clean and appointments are generally on time. I have now transferred over to the practice as a NHS patient and have further private dental work ( tooth implant ) that I am looking at in the future and only feel comfortable doing this at this practice knowing I will be 100% looked after and the results will be amazing .

First time I have ever been to the dentist and not felt any discomfort. Liz brilliant. Very pleased she is my dentist

Dr Henna is a beautiful soul inside and out. She instantly puts you at ease. Always remembers details about you and is very helpful. Such a wonderful dentist. Always informs you of what is happening and is very gentle.

As someone with a severe dental phobia, Henna is amazing, I am put at ease and she has a wonderful sense of humour which is very much needed with me! My latest visit was wet n wild with the dental drill showering us all with water and ended up in hysterics by the end. My anxiety didn’t even make an appearance for the first time in many years.

After finishing my invisalign treatment I couldn't be more happy with how my teeth turned out. From start to finish Elizabeth was helpful and answered any question I had. She made sure my teeth was absolutely perfect before finishing my treatment.
Between Elizabeth and Sam they made me feel very comfortable and at ease every time I was there. They seem to go the extra mile for their patients which is so refreshing compared to other dentists I've been too.

I have had fixed braces through The Valley Centre Dental Practice and I can say the whole process has been faultless. You can tell Dr Nahar and his nurse are very experienced and passionate about aligning teeth. Any questions or worries are answered to and nothing is too much bother. I felt at ease and in good hands from start to finish. I would higly recommend this Practice.

I visited this dentist for the first time a few months ago and would highly recommend it the staff and are so lovely and Louise the dental nurse is so kind and caring and really made me feel at ease and not silly for being so anxious as some dentists have made me feel! I cant wait to start my Invisalign journey with them and can’t thank them enough for all of the help they have given me!

Had a wisdom tooth extraction. Dentist explained everything they were going to do. Put me at ease and it was removed swiftly with no trauma. Friendly staff and a lovely clean atmosphere. Dentists are lovely with my children too.

I started my Invisalign journey with Dr Nahar in June 21. The whole process was explained to me clearly with Dr Nahar also listening to what I wanted to change about my teeth. I have had many visits since then to review my progress and each time everyone that I have met in the surgery from the staff on reception, to Dr Nahar and the staff that have supported him along the way with my procedures have all been very kind and friendly. I now have a great result! Thank you to everyone involved, you have all been great!

Excellent nice and friendly receptionist’s they always make you feel welcome. Also the dentists themselves are always so pleasant and very professional and also make you feel very at ease.

Nice friendly receptionist who dealt with me. They all are. Fast efficient & caring treatment with follow up phone calls to check if I was okay. Dr Nahar fully explained all the procedure from beginning to end to me & answered all my questions. Have been with this surgery for many years along with my husband and both would highly recommend it.
ps Had my stitches out yesterday & all good. Dr Nahar fully explained the next stages of my procedure & once again friendly advice from receptionist.

i have just joined the valley centre dental practice, i ca’nt praise the staff and dental nurses highly enough11/10 from me. The building is so clean and tidy and i was treated with the upmost respect the minute i walked through the door.
The treatment i had was amazing, the hygienist who did my scale & polish was the best i have ever had, my teeth feel and look brilliant.

I had my dental implant treatment completed in December 23. Dr Nahar and his team, put me at ease from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Dr Nahar, if anyone is thinking of having any dental implant.

Henna is a lovely lady she is a very good dentist and did an amazing job on my filling excellent service. All the staff are so friendly and professional.
