We have always had a great experience when we have been into Pets Corner. All the staff were brilliant with our two Chihuahuas during Puppy Hour, especially Steve who clearly cares a lot about the welfare of puppies and ensuring they have a good introduction to socialisation which is so important. Seeing the difference in our two dogs as a result was heartwarming. Thanks all ❤

We went to the puppy hour with our 14week old very shy puppy Oakley and were amazed by the pet shop and its staff. The staff all have excellent knowledge about their products and puppy’s! Nicky and Emily took their time with Oakley to give treats and give him a really positive first interaction and experience. Nicky gave advise on confidence building games which are great idea and achievable in how she described them. I particularly appreciated that my pup was allowed in the pen on his own as they watched for his body language and knew another pup today would have been a bit too much for him. I was more than happy to take their lead as they judged the situation exactly as I was perceiving it and went with what was best for Oakley! Really impressed that they were all about my pup rather than what the shop could offer!! Excellent staff. Won’t use anywhere else now and never been in before!! Craig also help us as we need a new food for the pup and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the shop, he was so attentive, with excellent knowledge, he was really helpful with advise for my older dog too, absolutely AMAZING business, with a team that is a credit to it!

Go even if you haven’t got a puppy as it’s simply the best pet store I have ever gone too, and I go to quite a few!

I only found this store by accident. I thought I'd pop in for a browse. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady, who was extremely helpful. I discussed with her my need to find a good kibble for my puppy. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I came away with a bag of Tribal and I'm very happy with my first visit.

The staff at Hednesford are so helpful and polite. I had problems with raw food that our cocker was on, they helped me a couple of times. I was able to change to another food with no problem and brought the other food back. Our cocker loves the treats we’ve tried and Will definite be using them again. So very helpful, thank you 😊

Excellent service by the girls in the store my spaniel has tried every food out there and didnt eat any! but after discovering a new product recommended by staff my dog has eaten tray dog food for the first time! The quality is amazing and she loves it ❤ unfortunately it is very expensive which is the only down side.
Definitely shop there again as the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

As I walked into the petscorner store at Hednesford. I found the staff very knowledgeable about the various pet foods on offer and very friendly. Highly recommended for all your pet needs. My dog Bez loved it and got a treat.

The staff in store are always extremely helpful and pleasant.
We have also attended Puppy Hour recently with our 13 week old Border Terrier and the Team leading the session are knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of the various puppies. Large or small breeds, friendly or nervous, they manage the situation, so that the puppies (and owners) have a positive experience.

We attended Puppy Hour with our Minature Daschund, Norris. The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful. They gave us advice on different foods and the benefits of these as we have opted to Raw Feed Norris.
They advised on training techniques and we have adopted these in yo our own environment and family life. Norris loved coming every Saturday morning and will occasionally pop in to say hello to everyone. We continue using the pet shop for everything we need for Norris and knowing that they are there for advice, support and guidance.

The staff at pets corner hednesford are always so friendly and helpful. I have been visiting the store since I had my frenchie 6 years ago and he attended the puppy class. He was my first dog and they advised me what type of food would be best for him and whenever he is ill or I have any concerns about him they have always guided me in the right direction what to do. They are very knowledgeable. Lenny loves going in there to be weighed, collect his food and have a cuddle from them every week. 😊🐶

Absolutely love this store. I have been a regular customer for six years. They always ask after my pets and give great advice. They are friendly, thoughtful and really pet centred!!!

Me and my puppy Dash went to PetsCorner for puppy hour each week and we loved it. He grew much more confident and made puppy friends in no time! The staff are lovely and really helped me understand my puppies behaviour and offered great advice. Would 100% recommend :)

Oh my goodness me what a fab experience I was quite nervous being a new dog owner and taking him into the shop however,
The lovely Niki and her co worker which was make i didn’t get his name were absolutely incredible we were in there nearly an hour and i came home all kitted out plus lots of advice they both really went out of their way to help me and filo and my sons out…
Filo had a little accident but was all good I needed all the help i could with dogs and i went home feeling great and confident and so did my son who has been using his clicker lots

Always a pleasure to shop at pets corner. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, the store has my cats favorite treats...and when he is happy so am I!!!

Friendly staff who always fuss over our little fur baby 🐾 We also had a brilliant time at our puppy club corner this Saturday meeting lots of pups. Look forward to returning soon 🫶🏼

Loved the puppy socialising session. What a great idea. The puppies could get to know how to interact with each other and an area was made into a pen to allow them to run around. Thank you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Nicki who helped us out with some new dog food and some spray for an allergic reaction.

We bought a Crested Gecko from the store in Hednesford and were extremely pleased with the service provided.

All staff were friendly and polite and have an extensive knowledge of pets - even obscure ones like Crested Geckos. They explained everything we needed to know about owning and caring for a Gecko - thanks to Steve and Nicola for their help.

We will definitely be recommending Pets Corner to anyone asking about pets.

I come here every month to pick my cats dry food. They always have what I need and suggest anything new my cat might like.

Visiting this store is always a pleasure (although they always seem to prefer it when I take the dog in with me more!). The staff are always very friendly and so helpful and have so much knowledge about the products and always happy to offer their expertise. Nicky in particular is amazing and her knowledge of fish and the advice she gives is outstanding. Would highly recommend here for anyone needing pet supplies or pet advice.
