Tom was exceptional and went out of his way to help us providing superb customer service. As we were stuck away from home on a Sunday he came up with innovative and helpful solutions to be able to solve the problem and get us on our way. What an absolute star. Thank you Tom!

No praise can be too great for the Bagshot kwik fit team. They give a great service, honest, upfront, and personable. On two occasions they have repaired a tyre when it’s been possible when it would have been more profitable for them to replace with new. Other occasions great advice has been given on suitable replacement tyres. Never take my car anywhere else for an MOT, quick efficient and good value. A great service to the local community and I’m sure the passing trade as they are very flexible and will juggle as much as they can to fit you in. Thank you team.

I booked my car in for a full service and the mechanic found a substantial fault with my car that could have ended very badly for me.
He took photographic evidence to show me exactly what the fault was and I am so very grateful to him for fixing the issue.
I have used kiwi fit for years and have never had any issues with the work they have carried out.
They are always friendly and professional and their services are usually very prompt.

Brilliant service today from the whole team (in particular the assistant manager). Friendly, very helpful and very careful with my car. 4 new Pirelli tyres on my Porsche Taycan. These were the best price and considerably cheaper than Porsche direct.

Assistant manager (sorry didn’t catch his name) is a real asset to the business. Really knows his stuff and took the time to explain a few queries. Saturdays are obviously the busiest day of the week and despite being run off his feet, was still making sure that business wasn’t turned down and customers not left stuck! Deserves a promotion!

I have used them for a number of years, however, a new team recently reset expectations. Bagshot, however, excelled as usual. A puncture in my 'unique' tyre meant they had to search and source directly from the manufacturer. Also, undertake a repair on a high-value rim. Both were done to a high standard, with great levels of integrity throughout the process. Particular thanks to Josh who not only undertook the repair (spotless) but also gave sound advice and follow-up. Also to Steve (the manager) for his assistance in fitting me in and for customer service.

First time using this garage and have to say I’m glad I chose them.
MOT was previously cancelled by a completely different garage that left me without a car for a few days. I called Kwik fit camberley (super friendly) and they said the bagshot branch would be able to get my car seen quicker which they absolutely did. Thankyou so much

I didn’t have an appointment but noticed a bulge in my tyre so popped in and Charlie was amazing! Managed to squeeze me in, despite being busy and within, what felt like minutes, I was on my way with a new and safe tyre. Charlie was fantastic and gave me some great advice on my other unchanged tyres. Many thanks Charlie!

Saturday morning I was calling all the local garages to see if they have run flat tyres. They did not have the tyres I needed but helped me by checking in nearby Kwik Fit locations and directed me to them. Even asked me to give them a call back if I struggle to get hold of other garages. Thank you for your help.
