Found the watch I wanted on-line with a few retailers. However I wanted to buy from a “bricks and mortar” actual high street shop rather than some random warehouse somewhere. H.S. Johnson sold the watch at a highly competitive price and shipped it out quickly and securely the very next day. Received it safely, well packaged and secure in transit. Easy to use website, only issue I had was not receiving an email to say my product had been dispatched. However, customer service were fast to get back with relevant information.

I was given a beautiful Rotary watch from H.S. Johnson but the metal strap was slightly too short - I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about it. Customer Services responded within a day saying they could get extra links - 2 would be free - how many did I need? I replied 3 would be good, how much might I owe them for the third link. The three links were in the post the next day for no charge! I now have a lovely watch that fits perfectly! I highly recommend this store!

I purchased two watches from the H.S. Johnson website during the sales at the end of November. I'd been hunting to replace my 20 year old Rotary for a while but was never quite happy with what I found, so I ordered two watches so that I could try both on before making a decision. I loved one and sent the other back but forgot to put my details in the box. I received a courteous email from the H.S. Johnson team to check if the watch they'd received without details was indeed from me. After I confirmed this, they promptly refunded me. Their communication throughout was superb, offering a higher level of customer service than is typical these days. Plus I have a beautiful new watch!!

Excellent!! I can't rate this jewellers shop more highly. A problem occurred with a watch I purchased as a gift nearly 12 months ago. I sent it back to the shop and within a few hours it was fixed, had new batteries fitted and was on its way back to me. Prompt, friendly and professional service. Would confidently recommend, and will definitely be buying from them again.

My second time ordering a watch from H.S. Johnson. Both times the item has been as described and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication between myself and the recipient of the second watch, it had already been purchased from elsewhere and was no longer required. H.S. Johnson refunded the item without any issues and their communication was outstanding. Will certainly continue to purchase from them in the future.

Its soon to be my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary, all plans have been cancelled due to the awful pandemic, so we decided to buy them some extra presents. Great service & excellent prices for adjustments, replacements straps & batteries. Had 1 watch adjusted, 2 replacement batteries and a new strap, all for under £30 and all done within 10 minutes. Can't ask for much better than that!
