Very good pharmacy staff very good and help with any think

A new pharmacist took over a few months ago and the chemist shop is run efficiently and with a hard working staff and reliable service, I especially like the text service to let me know when my prescription is ready to collect.

There was a national supply problem with my prescription item but the Pharmacist helpfully advised me on an alternative equivalent preparation. I spoke to Doctors and a prescription for the alternative was sent to the Pharmacy. Although not in stock, received a text message when it was ready to collect so thumbs up from me 👍

Great prompt service, had consultation and medication dispensed. Much quicker than going to a doctors.

Very good pharmacy, who helped me out with regards to my inhaler being out of stock. Advised what alternatives they had and reserved the item for me.

Very helpful and friendly pharmacist Matt ,Put me at ease and did all he could to solve my problem with painful ear

Terrible customer service. NEVER open on time. States 0900 on door they need to change to 0915 as never open before then. NEVER have to my prescriptions in even when ordered a week in advice No eye contact with customers and obviously not happy in their jobs. All gone downhill since Matt the pharmacist left. Shame it's my allocated pharmacy I only go if it's my last resort

Absolutely dispicable and disgusting behaviour from Julie the reception.
I ring to find where my prescription for depression and anxiety are or if they have been sent as prescribed by the doctor to the pharmacy of choice. Her rude patronising and down talking has left me feeling more than offended. I have never been in this position of depression and a kind or emphatic attitude would not go amiss. Thank god 8 am not at her surgery. Who does she think she is. I hope that depression never falls on her and she never has to feel the way she has made me feel today.

Shocking as she put the phone down on me after putting me on hold for 5 minutes after I had requested to be spoken to by another person as I found her to be offensive and rude.

Have tried on numerous occasions to contact them by telephone. They do not pick up. I have been in there when the phone rings out and has been ignored. At this time there were around five members of staff present. What is the point of having a phone when it is not used?

They need to open on a saturday morning far to many old people queing in rain and waiting ages to be let in as only 3 a time aloud in not right this and they never got stuff ready when you ordered it 3 or 4 days ago

Always long queues waiting. Certain member of staff was extremely rude to me when I went in. Gone down hill so much.
