I've been to see Jade twice now, once for a trapped nerve in my leg and she massaged and manipulated the area and was amazed that I could go back to work the next day..today Jade worked on my neck and shoulders and felt every knot leaving my body and feel great. I highly recommend Jade she is such a lovely person easy to talk to and very professional.

When my daughter broke her arm in Spain last year and had to have an operation, I knew that recovery was going to be crucial to give her the best chance of getting back her full range of movement.

There is not enough words to describe how fantastic the service from Jade at JHJ Sports Therapy has been.

Weekly physio sessions have allowed her to gain movement back to the full range she was going to be capable of and get her back to doing what she loves best - gymnastics.

Jade has been crucial in the recovery and not only provided the physio service but was brilliant in her dealings with a young patient putting her at ease and making her feel comfortable.

Jade has helped me with a couple of issues now and I can’t thank her enough. Superb knowledge and first class treatment.

I had suffered with shoulder and upper back problems for around 6 weeks, which has been a reoccurring problem for many years, something doctors and other physio's had tried to help with but with little to no success.
Jade was recommended to me and I thought it wouldn't hurt to try, so I went along and felt a huge improvement after that first visit. Now, after 4 sessions, my back and shoulder feels better than it has in a very long time. Not only did I find her to be friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to explain what was causing the problem in a language I could understand.
I will continue to visit Jade and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

As a man of a certain age I have always found it difficult to pluck up the courage to get health issues sorted. Visiting Jade I shouldn’t have worried, she is the most professional caring person I have visited. The treatment for muscle damage causing sciatica gave instant relief. Highly recommend these guys.

I have suffered for months with a bad back. After 5 sessions the pain is easing . I'd definitely recommend these guys they absolutely know their stuff - I'm now making it part of preventive pain management 😀

Hadn't had a massage for years. Had massage and cupping session with Jade and came away thorough relaxed mentally and physically, minus a lot of stubborn knots and muscular strains that had developed over time. Will definitely visit the very tidy and well presented clinic again.

I have Joe who has been exceptional, he has allowed me to go through every issue, looked at what can be done for each area and we have continued to work on it. A previous physio dismissed some problems, Joe listened and has been consistent in seeing me to collate everything over time building a greater understanding to provide the best forms of physio to each area. I have recently tried acupuncture which has been the most long lasting in my treatment to date.

Great location, easily accessible.
I had an injury consultation with Jade, she was knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and very reassuring, even how simple the question.
Had treatment and decide myself I wanted follow up treatment, never felt I had to or pressurised into it, was advised it would help but didn't have too which is very reassuring and a great service.
Also Great to support a new business, highly recommended

Jade is a very good and enthusiastic therapist who has helped my daughter’s back pain in just one session. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how kind and friendly she was as well as how good the massages she gave that we arranged another session.

I was made to feel comfortable on each visit and kept well informed of what treatment I was receiving and how to do my bit to help. Through only a few visits I have seen and felt great improvement of mobility and tightness within my shoulders, I feel I can finally relax again.
