Great facility, unfortunately it is closing down

This isn't the typical business place of today, they expect you to work and have a brain. If your capable, have good time keeping and they have the work for you then the place is all good!
Every business lays off people at Christmas time it's called 'Christmas temps' for a reason... Yes they'll keep you if they need too...
Think:
Would you pay for a cleaner to clean your house if it was already clean? =/

I enjoyed my 6 months here, I left due to my second job offering me more hours & pay to become full time.

I can confidentiality say that BHX1 is now a place being at work can feel like being at home. This is brought about by a combination of very nice colleagues and the presence of a new Sheriff in town, who consults, listens and makes improvements. There's now a bottom top approach to issues that bothers on Associates and work convenience.

I worked here for a couple of night shifts, great place and the work was not difficult but the was tired at end of shift. I'd recommend this place as a good place to work. I only left as I had another job in my main profession lined up, otherwise I might have stayed for a bit longer.

An excellent place to work, after a while I started to value the importance of Education, I should have taken school more seriously.
Now maybe it's late for me, but you can do better than me study my friend, please. If you want an easy life, study or come back to school

I started work here in September 2020. Safety comes first and I feel safe working here even though the Covid pandemic is at its second peak. There are a lot of temporary workers as the usual seasonal demand is the run up to Chrismas I am one of them.
When my temporary contract comes to an end I will definitely reapply for another temporary contract.
It's a great safe place to work and we're delivering smiles to our Customers.

Incredible place!!!! Full of automation and people. The staff DOUBLE in peak periods. All were friendly as we past them. People say noisy, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a fantastic pioneering Warehouse/Distribution Centre/Fulfilment Centre....what ever you name you choose.

March 2021....Been with pmp agency for 5 weeks now. Its not what people say.. keep your head down do your work and it's a good place 👌

Update to my review October 2021. I got offered a contract (blue badge ) after my 6th week on agency. I left amazon in September.
The reason was because management lie to you about your rates and targets. And try to get more and more out of you every day. In the end I was very tired trying to keep up with the increasing past. No one is happy its like there is a dark clowd always hanging over the place... maybe if you was approached more and there was more 9f a spirit there I would of stayed. But after my 5 months there I was very depressed

I am one of the few people it seems who enjoy working here. The wage is really good if you get any overtime and the bonuses Amazon have supplied during lockdown have been amazing.

Mr C review a bit hilarious. complaining about having to pay to commute to work and having to pay for own food, what do you think this is, a charity? it's a company ffs, they don't owe you anything, if you don't want the job there are thousands of others who'll take it and not expect them to feed you, pay your travel costs and also pay you a wage. some people live in a dream world.

You can get a free your here but you do a have to prebook if you want to go around. They show you the whole process of a package arriving to your door which was very interesting. At the end you can either get a free water bottle or a toy Amazon truck.

I haven't actually had the honour of working for this company, but I really want to. How dare these people complain about working conditions. They do have a choice. Either work,or go home. It's as simple as that!!!

I have worked there it is good place to work ok they have targets they have a sizeable canteen free vending machines they know how to look after there staff would I go back there I probably would if I had to I can't understand we here the negative comments come from

I work here currently and it is very safe and laid back place to work , with very fair staff and very good pay considering it is unskilled work.

The tour that I undertook here was fascinating, with an informative host and access to the entire facility. I would highly recommend booking onto one of the #amazonfctours !

Hard work but good pay with overtime considering you don't need any qualifications.
