Number 1 Vets

No1 vets are incredible. The ladies on the front desk, the vets, the care, the information and options given - everything is faultless. I took my cat there this morning as I suspected he'd been hit by a car. Right from when I called to make the appointment (and almost broke down on the phone) right through to us leaving after seeing the vet, the care could not have been better. Thank you all so much for your empathy and genuine care x

James is a confident and experienced vet. Receptionists (including the 2 doggy receptionists) are friendly and helpful.

After a bad experience with a few vets I found No1 in 2019 and haven't looked back since. We rescue animals and have had an array of cats and dogs over the years, of all different breeds, ages etc that have come from all sorts of environments and backgrounds and I will continue to bring them to No1 with the utmost trust and respect for the staff and the brilliant work they do as well as the compassion they show. I've had many a heartbreak within those 4 walls and many a celebration too and have been supported through all of it. The vets and nurses are a credit to the practice, the pricing is always fair and the care taken is always of the highest quality. Not to mention what a pleasure it is to come and see the dogs at reception, always the highlight of my visits seeing Storm and Mojo! Cannot recommend them enough ❤

Wow! Fantastic vets! I am not the easiest of mom when it comes to my furry family members big and small and I have to say No 1 vets in Rugeley really are fantastic! My rescue Molly has.had a cruciate ligament surgery today, I have been kept up to date throughout the day! Thank you!

The staff are so nice and understanding, they understand how much our babies mean to us and that's key.

Excellent service every time great staff

Took my father's elderly dog in to be put to sleep. Sad times but the staff there were great. Helped lift him into the surgery, were compassionate and gave us time alone. Before wrapping him and carrying out to the car again. Thank you for being professional but with a human touch.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. The vets are attentive and have looked after our two cats for the last 11 or so years. One died a few years back and I was sent a pet's condolence card, which I found very touching. I would recommend them to other pet owners.

I couldn't be more grateful for this vets. We had a very difficult border collie who is every vet's nightmare but James was absolutely incredible. Honestly they'll never know how much of a peace of mind it was that we had Number 1 Vets for our border collie. Hope you're reading this James as you sir are a godsend.

Highly recommend. Open early so could call before work and got an appointment next day after 6 pm. Booking process easy with polite, friendly staff. The vet we saw was caring and professional. We arrived early for our appointment but were seen within a few minutes.

A few days ago I had to say goodbye to my beloved rabbit, Henry. The staff were very respectful and went through all the processes they needed to and chatted to both ourselves and Henry when he was on his way up to the rainbow bridge. It seemed so peaceful.

A huge thank you to the staff for keeping us calm, checking on us to make sure we were all okay, and for being really respectful.

I just wanted to leave a review as about a week ago I called in and asked if they had any reptile specialists on site, as I was calling around for an emergency vet.

Of all the vets I called that day the lady on the phone was the kindest and despite not having anyone available on site offered to have a look for alternative vets who could possibly assist me. After dealing with a bunch of rude receptionists that day it was a relief to have some sympathy and help!
