We would just like to say how very happy we were with the service provided by the staff here. We unfortunately had to have our young dog put to sleep and the staff went above and beyond to comfort us and him on the day. Thank you very much for making the process as pain free for him and us as it could be. We would highly recommend this business and the staff working at the. Dan and Hannah.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very helpful and supportive when we had to have our fur baby put to sleep. Caring and kind from start to finish. Cannot put into words how highly I recommend. If I ever have another pet these will be my first port of call for any needs.

All the staff and vets are so caring . My milo feels more at ease as he was always nervous at the previous vets . The prices are responsible as they don’t rip you off like some of the larger vets

My cat Alfie was treated quickly and compassionately after I arrived without appointment. He was given day long treatment, I was kept informed of what was happening. After two days he is on the road to recovery, I cannot praise the whole team for there attention. Thank you from me and Alfie.

Having made the unimaginable decision to save my little boy Blue (Jack Russell) of any further discomfort or pain, I rang Donnachie & Townley; despite not being registered here after moving back to Staffordshire, I rang and spoke to the receptionist Rebecca, even though there were no appointments available she went away and spoke to vet Andrew who agreed to see Blue during his break, this to me was above and beyond.
I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to both Andrew and Rebecca for their compassion, empathy and mostly for the care they showed Blue x

Fantastic and so helpful. They make my nervous pooch feel very at ease. I’ve going the vet (Katie) to be extremely understanding and caring.

After being dissatisfied with another vets surgery we moved to Donnachie and Townley with an emergency. We have seen Katie from the first appointment and she has always gone above and beyond to try and find answers and solutions for our poorly dog. She’s talked through all options with us and spent time doing her own research to help us out. We never have any problems getting into the surgery even if it’s an hour before closing we are always squeezed in. We really trust this surgery and know they always make the best decisions for our dogs 🐶

Vet was fantastic in explaining what was needed and also great service easy to get appointment very polite and rate really highly for anything if you pet needs the vet

I brought Flossy into vets, and Dr. petrol saw her. He is amazing. Kind, considerate, very gentle, and explained everything to me. I will always ask if Flossy can see Dr. Petrol when I come again. Please don't ever leave!!
