Co-op Food - Crook - North Terrace

One of the staff today went out of her way to help me today. She was very friendly and very helpful. I was trying to get a code on my gas card as the company owes me money. She even rang the company for me to find out the problem. So well done to Susan. And I've always found the staff friendly here

I think we can only do what we can do as we don’t have many people working here most off the time we Can only do 1 on 1 per shift

lucozades not in the fridge, stood in a line for 10 mins when they’re were only 1 person on the till and about 8 people in a queue

Rude staff and quite a rip off

Today is the second time another female member of staff has wrongly and unjustly accused me of jumping the queue in not the most pleasant of manners.. I do NOT jump queues. On each occasion there was nobody in the queue behind me when I was near the front of the queue UNTIL the staff members started to look around them after either restocking or serving.. On each occasion there was a time delay between the task they were doing and noticing where I was in the queue area and them making assumptions.
Don't get me wrong quite a lot of the staff are great but it's highly irritating to be accused wrongly. No more custom from me !

This store is a complete mess. The staff never smile, they never say hello, they never ask if you want help to pack your bags. There is no space to pack your bags. There is always a massive line of people waiting. people typically spend 15 mins here..... waiting to be served. coming from a former co-op employee this is unacceptable. The rule of having two customers waiting before calling for more check out staff is never used. The line of customers is usually of about 5 to 6 people and no help is ever called for. I wont be using this store again.

Maybe they should be a bit more helpful to their child customers. Rethink your milk token policy co op!
