Northern Smiles

We were contacted this morning to offer us a cancellation for our kids to see the dentist today. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dentist, Jack, was fantastic with both kids but especially my son who is Autistic. Both kids came out looking forward to going back again.

We were really lucky to get a last minute cancellation that we could attend. Jack was very lovely and welcoming, made my 5yr old very relaxed and calm. Told her everything he was going to do. She couldn't have had a better first dentist experience! As we left, she ran down the street shouting 'I love the dentist'. Thank you very much!

My daughter was placed on the waiting list, as initially Northern Smiles had no capacity to take on new patients. I got a phone call 2 weeks later for an appointment that day! Fantastic service from start to finish. A great reception on arrival and the dentist put my daughter at ease from the moment he greeted us with a friendly hello. We were in and out in under 20 minutes with no hanging around! Top service, great atmosphere with professional but friendly staff! Thank you

Cannot fault this practice… have come here for many years and never had cause for query or complaint. Jack who looks after my teeth is really professional, very knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else - the staff are very good and anyone going here will definitely return as the whole team are welcoming, professional and always up to date with new procedures etc.

With our 11 month daughter cutting her first few teeth, I got in touch with Northern Smiles for an appointment to check over her new additions and to also get her familiar with a dental practice surrounding. Our dentist Jack, was lovely and a hit with our daughter. We recieved a friendly welcome, all the information we required for now and our daughter let him keep all of his fingers- success!

James (Dr James Nwaduba) is a fantastic Dentist who takes the fear out of treatment. I no longer view my appointments with trepidation. I actually look forward knowing I that what ever he does is done clinically and professionally well. My only regret he wasn't around during my early years of oral avoidance.

I am a nervous patient and today I visited the dentist as I had lost a filling in a wisdom tooth - Mo talked me through all the options and I decided it had to be removed. He was brilliant and the tooth was extracted in quick time and with very little discomfort to me. Thank you Mo (not that I want to have any more teeth out) you and your assistant made an unpleasant experience much more comfortable for me

Northern Smiles staff were helpful in getting my two young daughters registered after our regular dentist closed down. It was our first visit today, and despite clearly being very busy, staff made time to talk, were friendly and welcoming. The dentist and assistant who checked my daughters for their first appointment was friendly and put them at ease. They (and I) had a wonderful experience today, and I’m grateful that my daughters are now patients with this practice. Thank you.

The care I received today was excellent as it always is. I'm nervous when attending the dentist anyway , but today James and his assistant made me feel relaxed. I had a tooth extraction, they both made my visit a lot easier. They were both talking to me, explaining everything.

We attended this practice today for both my children's NHS check ups. Jack was absolutely amazing with both children who were very nervous and dont like going to the dentist. My son is autistic and Jack dealt with him fantastic. I could not fault the experience at all and both kids are now looking forward to their next appointment which never happens. My children and I have been going to Northern Smiles Dentist since it opened many years ago. All the staff are amazing. We seen James today, who is absolutely fantastic! We were all put at ease, and we met by a very polite and amazing dentist who clearly had great expertise in his work. Thank you James for making our experience really lovely! Yesterday took my step daughter to Northern Smiles. She saw a dentist called Jack. He was fantastic he made her feel comfortsble and explained everything to us for what he was doing. Would definitely reccomend using this dentist

I would just like to say that Northern Smiles have been amazing! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. After suffering an abscess in my mouth I went here and saw Michael, he was brilliant! He was so informative on all aspects of what was needed. The treatment was carried out along with composite veneers on my two front teeth, and Michael fitted me in to ensure my treatment was finished before my son’s wedding. I can now smile again! Thank you so much to Michael and all staff!

My husband and I have always had excellent dental treatment from this practice.Northern smiles provides a great service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. James is our dentist and provides an excellent service and is professional...chatty ..friendly and very welcoming. 100% would recommend this dental practice.🙂

My 6 year old daughter’s first visit today, the staff at the practice were friendly and helpful throughout. Jack was brilliant with her , really made her feel at ease and talked through ways to help lol after her teeth 😊

We go to this dentist as it's the most convenient, thankfully, Jack the dentist is friendly, offers support and tries to make a welcoming environment, waiting time is quick. My family and I are happy to have Jack as our dentist!

Treated over three appointments thus far by James Nwaduba, due to complex issues. I have found him to be professional but friendly and he has always been keen to keep me fully informed and involved in decision making. I cannot praise him, and the dental nurses, highly enough.

This is the second time he has seen him and as a mother I felt he was absolutely amazing with Archie . He explained everything to myself and Archie and made sure we both understood what he was doing A big five star from both of us

Have used northern smiles since moving back to crook and Jack has always been my dentist. He's great, approachable and makes the dentist visit feel at ease even when your feeling nervous 🙂

Saw Jack today, I’m always nervous about needles, Jack is very gentle and never felt a thing. Friendly knowledgeable staff and always very helpful
