We had our wedding back in August but wanted to wait until we had our photos back, so you can see how amazing this team were. We decided to order from a local store to support them plus they were always on hand in case of any questions / queries during the planning process. Advice and suggestions were very helpful. We had a blue and gold wedding, but were unsure on how to carry that theme with the buttonholes and bouquets. The girls were polite, professional and very helpful in what can be a time where anxiety and worry can kick in so it was reassuring that everything was covered and in good hands. Delivery on the day was spot and arrived as arranged and the final product was amazing! We can't thank them enough and would happily recommend them to anyone wishing to find a florist for their big day!

Charltons Florist made my beautiful bridal bouquet and buttonholes for my wedding. Customer service was fantastic especially as I live out the area but was coming home to get married. The quality of the flowers were second to none, proven by the photo I have included of my bouquet and my groom's buttonhole which I took on Sunday after getting married on Thursday. Would strongly recommend and I would use again if sending flowers as a gift.

Placed a order via the telephone for a funeral wreath. The wreath was amazing and full of colour it was beautiful as I only gave vague description. They are brilliant at what they do and also helpful. Totally recommend them and the quality is excellent . Thankyou

Extremely pleased with the quality and service from Charltons. It's always very difficult when ordering flowers from a distance and this time I was not disappointed. A floral arrangement was for my Parents' wedding anniversary and they were totally delighted with the display. Many thanks and I will order again.

Ive used Charlton Florist for years, theyre always excellent to deal with, and first class flowers. All occassions from my Mothers birthday, anniversary, mothers Day, and the sad occassion of my Fathers funeral. Highly recommended

Charlton's florists is very highly recommended. I live in Suffolk about 250 miles away and have flowers delivered locally in Co Durham about 6 times a year. Lindsey at Charlton's has looked after this for the past 5 years or so. The service and value is excellent and the quality and arrangements of her flowers is the best I've seen anywhere. If you need flowers delivered in the Crook area and want the best, don't even consider anyone else.

I bought the pastel coulour rainbow roses and they were exactly as shown on Facebook they are absolutely beautiful and very well presented in the box that they were you can tell the staff take a lot of pride in their work.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly I would definitely recommend this florist.
