Absolutely disgusting business to deal with. Booked a hot tub months ago for my son's 21st birthday party at the end of July. Got in touch a few weeks ago and and then again yesterday to confirm the booking, only to be spoken to with such disrespect and bad attitude. They didn't know what I was talking about, then they eventually found the booking. I was enquiring about delivery times, I was told that they weren't DHL and I would have to wait In all day.
Their whole attitude on the phone was disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't go near these people again. I cancelled the order as I was extremely disappointed with their service. I wasn't going to put any trust in them actually turning up and delivering a hot tub. I have rebooked instead with a very reputable and professional firm.
I won't be using this shoddy business ever again.

I booked from this company a while back and booked the party package, i asked them on the phone that it was ok for it to come through the house as we don't have a back gate. He told us this would be fine. When he came he spent the full time complaining about how they have to fit it through the door and how busy they were. They rushed through the rules of the hot tub and all together didn’t seem happy to be there. On the phone when we booked we made it clear that we don't have grass and they said they have weights to hold the gazebo down. They only ended up giving us 2 weights and one which was broken which resulted in us having to take the gazebo down. Then when they were meant to pick it up they told us they were too busy to come get it but this was at 4pm after we had sat in the house all day waiting for them. They then didn't seem happy that we couldn't do the other day that they offered and instead made us feel guilty that they were coming to get it but it meant someone else would have to get theres another day. The products, other than the weights were very good and we were pleased with but we wont be hiring from this company again simply because of the service and politeness of the people.

Hired a hot tub for a w.end party. The plug & socket caught fire whilst guests were in it. Owner suggested that I should have changed the plug and used another socket and continue using the hot tub!!!!
