Excellent service. Staff were amazing with our little dog and very helpful. Vet had a relaxed but professional style that translated into a relaxed pet. A superb service all round. Definitely recommend this veterinary practice for your well loved pets.

The vet (Thomas) was absolutely superb!! I've never seen anything like it, how on earth did he keep calm the most terrified cat in the world while examining her, she didn't even hiss once at him, these people are incredible, in fact never mind my cat - if I sat and thought about it for too long I might even register myself there!! Keep up the good work, you are brilliant Thomas

Reception staff are always polite and helpful. The vets are really caring. Excellent service and much more reasonably priced than our previous vets.

Not from the area , I thank you all so much for fitting us in short notice and getting my poorly pooch sorted today , registered straightaway no fuss , reception girls very friendly, and we seen a lovely vet (didn’t catch her name but what a lovely kind vet she was ) was very worried coming into a vets i didn’t know but vet who I saw was fantastic I wouldn’t have any hesitation coming back and know where to come if I’m away from home again

Billy and his team are amazing every time we have to go to the vets, they're brilliant at what they do and are so friendly and reassuring at the same time. I have 3 dogs and they're always treat with such care and compassion and the prices are the cheapest around. I couldn't ask for more!

We were visiting family from the states with our son’s assistance dog and he needed an issue looked at before we traveling back home. We were able to make a walk in appointment, we were greeted we a smile and all the staff had a great attitude. After I was assured everything was good with my sons dog, I left with very positive experience.

Really can’t thank the staff enough for all they’ve done! A week gone Tuesday we had our beautiful staffy ebony laid to rest! After 17 years. The compassion empathy snd care, they have to us and after care to ebony was amazing. Special thank you to Victoria ( nurse) and the lovely vet who’s name I can’t remember!

Really nice vets, waiting room can be a bit chaotic but the vets, staff and nurses are all brill. Looked after my Arthur very well when he had an awful reaction to a tic.

Love my vets, always friendly, always helpful. Unable to park at premises but there is a car park within easy walking distance with plenty of spaces and free. Treatment prices are reasonable and are the cheapest in the area that I have found. After trying other vets before finding Weardale Vets, I would not take my pets anywhere else, I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. With having as many pets, they also do a small discount when booster vaccination time comes round - bonus 😁

I called in with my nervous dog for a familiarisation visit recently and the staff were absolutely lovely with her, making her feel relaxed and calm. Booked her in with a vet who is renowned for her way with nervous patients. No longer dreading booster appointment next month!

In past I have taken 3 of my dogs to Weardale vet, and now our latest addition is going. Wonderful vets, especially Laura and Andrei. Both are absolutely fantastic and very helpful if you are worried at all about your fur babies. Excellent customer service to.

Such a friendly helpful receptionist for our first visit wish parkingnwas closer or I would transfer my epileptic dog here too bill wasnt anywhere near what I expected either

Always had excellent service here with my cat Shah, who has a chronic condition. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Recently also took a pair of feral kittens who had took up residence in my garden shed to be neutered. Very, very pleased with the help I got there both from Billy and from Milja. Prices are also really good. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fabulous small independent practice I've been going
to see Billy and the team for the past 22 years with
my dogs. We have had some complex issues with
various dogs over the years and they have never
failed to correctly diagnose or treat any condition
presented. My most recent experience however is one
of thanks for the handling of my dog Bramble. He has
had complex elbow surgeries at referral centres
which have failed spectacularly and Billy and team
were there to pick up the pieces. Over the last three
years they have shown compassion knowledge and
clinical excellence in handling his myriad of
problems. Sadly my dog had to be PTS as a result of
the operations he had a year ago at a specialist clinic
and fortunately Billy and team helped us enormously
through the post op year, sadly it was not to be so
Billy came to the house to see him through his final
journey displaying great sensitivity at an awful time
for us. The whole team from admin, nurses to vets
have always treated myself husband and dogs with
utmost respect and have always been fair with pricing
their treatments

Fantastic service, fitted Monty at really short notice to get his dew claw sorted out. The receptionist thoroughly cleaned each touch point everytime they were contacted.

Had the 3 course daytime specifical, absolutely delicious, one niggle they don't serve a large beer. But food and service spot on otherwise.

Recently took my dog to be neutered. Explained everything I needed to know and felt safe to leave her in their hands. She is home with clear instructions and check ups booked in. Thank you for taking care of my girl
