WED2B Camberley

I attended Wed2b yesterday, and I was greeted with such a warm welcome by the team. My bridal consultant was Michelle, she was brilliant from start to finish. She talked me through the whole process, Michelle was very knowledgable and just an absolute lovely lady, who really knew her trade. I purchased my dress yesterday with only 5 months until by big day, I honestly thought I was never going to find the dress but Michelle really made my experience so pleasurable. Highly recommend 👏👏

I had a very positive experience at wed2b with help from my sister and Michelle.
Michelle was incredibly friendly as soon as we arrived. She helped us to feel relaxed, provided lots of useful information and tips, included my sister in all of the decision making, and made wedding dress shopping incredibly enjoyable (this is coming from two sisters who do not really like shopping that much!). Michelle helped us to find my perfect dress and veil, and also provided contact details for seamstresses. I would highly recommend this store with affordable but still beautiful wedding dresses.

Michelle made the experience for me, she was the most helpful bridal consultant I’ve had. She knew her stuff, was reassuring, patient and just an all round absolute vibe. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable either, completely the opposite.

Was looked after by Lucy, Absolutley brilliant, really made me feel at ease as was my first time trying on a dress! Give this women a pay rise, absolute credit to the store! Was really nice clean and tidy, all staff seemed nice!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I went to the store with a vague idea of the style i like however Lara was very professional and patient as she helped me with choosing the perfect dress.

I'm delighted with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Had the most amazing experience at WED2B Camberley, the staff were lovely and we felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Elle made me feel really comfortable and at ease trying on dresses. she was friendly and knowledgeable about everything and helped pick the right accessories for my dress and head wear. I definitely would recommend to any new bride out there.

If Michelle is your Bridal Consultant you are in luck, she has an infectious personality, was so helpful and did not rush you at all. A wonderful person who truly cares and did a fab job of helping me make a decision!

What I will say is, we went on a Thursday lunch and had to wait 1 hour 15 mins just to be seen. Whilst I see positives to their walk in system, I personally did not like that part of the experience. I would rather just have had an appt time so I could have planned my day better. Just be prepared to spare a good 4 hours. I also didn’t like that we were just automatically charged for the boxes, bags and hangers for the dress and accessories and only clocked this when looking back at the receipt on the way to the car.. But I suppose with the dresses being cheaper than a boutique, thats how they make their money & you couldn’t exactly say no as you do need them!

Michelle and the staff deserve 5⭐ everyone was really lovely and I would recommend buying a dress from them! However, if I was rating Wed2Be centrally it wouldn’t have scored this. Operations and model needs to change in my opinion!

I walked into the Camberley Wed2b store thinking I was just going in to "try on some dresses" and I ended up walking out with the most amazing dress I've ever worn! Everyone in the store was wonderfully friendly and put me at ease as I was feeling a bit nervous and awkward. Georgie was brilliant and helped me try on some dresses and ended up finding one I never would have thought to try but was absolutely perfect for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy it and I even initially walked out without it! But I came back only an hour later, was met with friendly faces and bought it after Georgie took the time to put me back in it again. The value of the dress is fantastic, I am well within my budget (hallelujah) and it was packaged up really nicely for me to take home. The whole experience was lovely and I highly recommend this store and the team.

I and my bridesmaid had an excellent experience at the Camberley store. We were served first by Michelle who was amazingly good and helpful with creative ideas. She made us feel important & special and really connected with us as more mature ladies. On our second visit we were assisted by Keely and Evie who were also very attentive. Couldn't fault our visits. No waiting at either time which was also great. Having a good shop without needing an appointment is a breath of fresh air. Well done! Purchased both the bridesmaid's dress and my wedding dress within a week.
An expansion opportunity could be into men's matching waistcoats to match bridesmaid colours, and to have an extension service to custom-fit on site.

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2Be in Camberley! Elle who helped me was lovely, friendly and so knowledgeable, I felt so at ease despite being so nervous! Even though being close to closing time we were not rushed and was given lots of different underskirts/accessories to try on with the dresses. This was my first trying on session and did not expect to find “the one” at all, but Elle knew exactly what I wanted and went above my expectations! I can’t thank the team here enough for making this such a lovely experience and am so so happy with my dress!

I had such a lovely experience when I visited Wed2B in Camberley; first and second time round. I was served by Elle who was super friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out a number of dresses to try on. I found one I really liked, but it wasn't in my size so she kindly provided me with a list of stores which had it in a bigger size. Fast forward a few weeks, and I came back in to try on the dress I had ordered in and was lucky enough to have Elle again. She suggested different underskirts to give different looks and ways to get the desired look I wanted. She made me feel at ease and didn't rush me at all. I came away with my wedding dress and I'm really pleased. Thank you!

I popped into the Camberley store with my mum, not planning on finding “the one”… this ended in 4 hours of fun, laughter and all the best emotions! Michelle was amazing. From start to finish. Turned up late one weekday, about 30 minutes before they were due to close. Was worried about turning up so late but I already had in mind the 2 dresses I wanted to try on. The ladies in the store were lovely and didn’t make me feel pressured about the time. Kelly assisted me in the changing rooms getting me in and out of the dresses and she was just wonderful, I was by myself but she made me feel almost like I was there with a friend. Fab service and great dresses .

Visited yesterday (Saturday 11 March) with my daughter. We originally went to check out the bridesmaid dresses (check colours and material) before ordering online. My daughter didn't feel ready to try on any wedding dresses but ended up trying on 3 and fell in love with the 3rd dress and bought it there and then. Michelle our consultant made my daughter feel at ease from the very start. My daughter suffers with psoriasis and is very conscious about it. Michelle was excellent with her and really boosted her confidence. Ended up buying the dress, belt, veil and headpiece. My daughter even told Michelle that she could not have done this and chosen her dress without her. Love the idea that you can just walk in with no appointment. There was a small wait to try on the wedding dresses but then we were not planning on trying any on so cannot complain at that - it was only an hour if that and it was nice to see the other brides trying on their dresses and getting ideas and chatting with some of them as well about their big day.

We would really recommend Michelle in helping with your choice.

I cannot thank Michelle enough for the outstanding service I received on Saturday. As a slightly older/not size 8 bride to be I was nervous about trying on dresses and felt very deflated after trying on a few that were not for me. I was ready to leave and Michelle asked if she could go and select a couple of dresses that she thought might better meet what I was looking for. I loved the first one she picked and ended up buying it. Michelle has a gift and seems to really care about giving you the best experience and making you feel good about yourself, your wedding and finding THE dress. She is an absolute asset to WED2B. absolutely lovely staff and amazing customer service. had already purchased my wedding dress with them and received excellent service. I'm not the most girly of girls and was anxious but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and found a dress that I absolutely love. I have since recently gone back as I had gone back to choose some accessories for my bridesmaids. Were so helpful and really took the time to find what I needed. truly can't recommend these guys enough

What a lovely experience!
I came in with my daughter to get an idea of wedding dress styles and what would suit her. Initially I was quite daunted by the rows and rows of beautiful dresses but Danielle looked after us! After trying a few different styles we quickly knew our favourite type. Danielle was so helpful and patient. We will certainly be back to make our final choice!
