NCP Cardiff Pellett Street

Good value parking in the heart of the city. Be careful though! There are changes to the road layout that were not up to date on Google maps (May 2024). I got a fine for turning right when I shouldn't as I was making my way from Queen Street Station to the car park.

Great car park close to the station really well kept an abundance of cameras which made you feel that your car is safe, as there are no barriers stopping you going in and out so it feels vulnerable however we had no problems and it’s priced really well for 24 hours car parking.

We parked here recently for a conference. I booked my parking in advance on the NCP website and everything worked perfectly for entry and exit. The price was reasonable considering it is central Cardiff and so was very convenient. There were plenty of spaces to park when we arrived and I felt it was safe to leave my car there.

Decent car park - Easy to find, good price and very easy to navigate around. The spaces are pretty large and the corners in the car park are not massively tight meaning that you are not as likely to scrape your car as in some places.

The car park is very central and within very easy reach of the best parts of Cardiff

Secure place to park as you cannot enter unless put in your registration. Not the cheapest place to park though

Great place to park for less than your daily coffee costs (£1 hr) just 5 min walk to city centre shops cafe's etc 5*

I would recommend

One of the cheapest long stay car parks in town, but very narrow spaces and lots of pillars. Can be quite difficult to park in the afternoon if you drive a larger car.

Good for the motorpoint arena, you can pay online when you get home so can jump the queues to get out after a show without waiting to pay for parking

Convienent large parking with easy payment on exit cash or card
Can be busy at times so make take a bit longer to exit than mormal

Managed to park my car, it didn't get stolen/keyed, and wasn't too expensive.
I call that a win for a car park
