What an amazing bike shop. Very well stocked with not only bikes but heaps of clothing and accessories. Staff were not only knowledgeable but also very helpful. Highly recommend 👍

I rang and spoke to Ali told him that I wanted dynaplug refills as I live in Portugal and find it difficult to source bike products give him my friends address had them within the week well done Ali.

Dropped in at short notice yesterday with a puncture half way into a 30 mile ride. New innertube fitted and back on the road in 15 minutes. Top service can't thank you enough, absolute lifesavers.

I took my 13 year old Specialized bike to Leisure Lakes at Mere Brow, as there was an issue with the frame which had a lifetime warranty. To my amazement 3 weeks later I received a phone call to come and collect my bike. The frame had been replaced with a new top of the range frame by Specialized and Leisure Lakes rebuilt the bike, which looks stunning. Excellent service by Specialized and Leisure Lakes staff Chris, Ali and the mechanic Matt. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Leisure Lakes and Specialized.

Just purchased a new road bike during a difficult time due to covid 19 , I must say the help and support I received from Ali was first class. It took us a few times to get the bike due to supply and demand but Ali was always patient and helpful throughout,. I would recommend this company to anyone, well done and thank you Ali.

Just bought a Trek Checkpoint gravel bike from here. The staff where brilliant and really helpful, especially Ali who let me test his own bike out since my size wasn't in the shop. Obviously they are all keen cyclists and give sound advice. Good selection of bikes and kit and some great deals plus 0% finance on some stuff. They also like to ride on Sundays, hence it's closed as it says on the website (I always check such info rather than giving a 1 star rating - say no more 😂👍).

Really nice bike and customer service amazing. My bike was meant to be getting dispatched on the 7th September for home delivery from the courier company they use. I emailed saying could the delivery date be changed due to being away. Then 10mins later I got a phone call saying if I was around today (2nd September they would personally deliver my bike) PERFECT.....thankyou again

I had a problem with the motor on my e bike, but the company I bought the bike from was closed due to covid. I approached LLB and they offered to take over the warranty on my bike for a nominal sum. Even though they were busy and themselves short staffed due to covid, they contacted Bosch and sorted out my bike. They also noticed my gears needed adjusting and replaced an inner cable. I got my bike back and I am delighted with the service received from Leisure Lakes. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Staff are great, booked my Cotic in for a service which seems to have been done to a good standard. All the staff knew exactly what was going on and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Collected my new bike but upon getting home, realised the 2019 model had different forks than the 2018 spec. Happily allowed me to swap back to the 2018 model. A thumbs up from me!

I had my Lappierre carbon zesty bike serviced ... chain, cassette and front sprokets and chain replaced ..plus other bits !!! Very happy ...
So took my wife's bike along for the same work !!! and they replaced spokes in my Mavic front wheel... !!! Nice work chaps :-)

I found this place by chance while I was trying to fix a puncture.
I found very friendly staff, a well chosen range of gear and they got me back on the road, to my relief. I will go out of my way to shop there in future.

Recently bought a bike for my Fiance from these guys, and would definitely recommend them. Great customer service and aftercare, my Fiance says the best he has received from a bike shop.
