Doing everything in their power to try and resolve the issues I was experiencing and going out their way to ensure I wasn’t under too much pressure.

Actons motor company used our independent garage and MOT station (Doublebois Mot) to address a warranty issue with a sales car, they were swift in payment and professional in looking after the buyer,and also us as the repairer. Totally recommend this garage and also the warranty company they use if you wish to take out cover. I really didn’t think they would pay out for something that needed to be done and have been pleasantly surprised and covered nearly all the cost for my son’s car to be repaired. This is a family run business, and Steve and Aaron make you feel most welcome, they are super friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful, the premises are clean and tidy with an extensive selection of quality cars on display.

We were left to leisurely look round the cars and we really liked a gold Ford Fiesta. Steve gave us all the info and we had a test drive by ourselves which was great and we decided the car was perfect for us.
Neil had valeted the Fiesta, it was super inside and out and shone like new!
When we collected the car a few days later it had been serviced with a new MOT and Aaron kindly taxed the car for us before leaving.

I have just bought a Ford Focus from Aaron at Actons Motor Company. The vehicle was exactly as described in the advert and for the money I paid I feel that I got a good deal.
Everybody that I dealt with during my purchase was friendly and professional. This is a business run by a nice family and it shows. They make you feel welcome, the premises are clean, tidy and with good quality stock on display.

So to add to the review my car developed a fault with the air conditioning system shortly after taking delivery. I rang Aaron at Actons and it wasn’t a problem. He arranged for it to be repaired under the warranty and it was returned to me promptly and without cost to me.
In my opinion this was amazing service and just added to the feel good factor about this family run business.

After an initial chat with Steve and then Arron who answered my Queries I put a reserve on my next car. They are a good family run business who I found to be trustworthy and honest.
And that’s worth a lot as most of us fear being sold a dud when buying a used car .

Acton Motors are an extremely trustworthy, reliable dealership, and they really go the extra mile for you. I bought my car from them at the start of February and I was seeing a few others on the day of my test drive, but Actons really stood out as being the most friendly, honest and knowledgeable. When I decided to buy the car, Steve very kindly delivered it to me in Hove at a time that suited me. The car came in pristine condition, and smelled and looked brand new! Faultless service

So I would just like to express my gratitude to Steve and the team, I brought a car from these guys 5 years ago, today I have just gone and purchased a lovely Ford Focus. Everything from putting down a deposit over the phone (without even looking at the car in the showroom) to finally going and paying the remaining balance and picking it up today was fantastic. The car was exactly as described, it was flawless! Aaron handed me over the key as soon as I stepped into the dealership to have a look around the car and make sure I was 100% happy with it before continuing with the sale.
